They reached out the day before to confirm the details and give me the name of our driver. Mike, our drive was not only on time, he was a few minutes early. He gave me and my wife a full brief of the limo, showed us around, and verified when and where our son was supposed to be dropped off. When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. Mike got them to the school right on time and even offered to take my wife and I around for 30 minutes since we still had time left. I could see it traveling farther and farther out when I looked on his Device Manager until I realized it was still on the train when it stopped in Dover. It was after business hours so I didn't know if there would be anyone there who could help. We'd already contacted lost and found. So I drove out there hoping to find someone. I drove to the deserted train yard. Knocked on some doors but nope, nobody there. Got back in my car and drove around a bit more until I saw someone about to leave in one of those small security vehicles. The only person in the area. He stopped and I told him what train he'd been on and that I saw it wasn't going out again that night and asked if there was a way to look on the train. He said he'd go up to see what track it was on and would go through the train but when he came down he had my son's phone! I'm forever grateful to this lovely man! Feedback on My Recent Bus Trip…read more I recently used the bus service to travel from Allentown Airport to the New York pier. This turned out to be the longest route offered -- the bus made five stops each way and waited for passengers who had pre‑purchased tickets. This happened both ways, two occasions, we waited more than 20 minutes at different stops for people who never showed up. Then We set at the port Authority for over 45 mins . To pick up more people before getting to the pier and samething on the return trip . I booked my trip over the phone, never visited the website, and had not used your company before. The person I spoke with told me the bus went directly to the pier, so I had no reason to question it. I also have friends who used your service previously and said the same. On the return trip, there was additional confusion. Passengers were not informed that pickup would be at a different location than what was printed on the tickets, which led to over an hour of waiting for lost travelers. The bus driver and Company had miscommunication about where she was to stop on the return trip . Overall, the trip took about two hours longer each way than expected. I wanted to share this feedback so future passengers are clearly informed about all stops and pickup details when booking. Avoid using if possible

For EWR to ABE, the bus is consistently 20+ minutes late every year. On Dec 22 the 7:00 pm was 30…read moreminutes late. It was a replacement bus with a transfer in NJ not arriving at ABE until 10:20 pm. The three of us paid $163.35 each way (while waiting for the late bus we realized Lyft charges $150-$180 door-to-door in 80 minutes). On our trip from ABE to EWR in July, we indicated we were going to the United terminal when boarding, but the driver skipped terminal C and then refused to return to the airport, leaving us in New York City and causing us to miss our flights. The buses are pretty nice -- clean, with power outlets and Wi-Fi. But due to the serious reliability and communication problems we will switch to Lyft or rental car going forward.
