They reached out the day before to confirm the details and give me the name of our driver. Mike, our drive was not only on time, he was a few minutes early. He gave me and my wife a full brief of the limo, showed us around, and verified when and where our son was supposed to be dropped off. When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. Mike got them to the school right on time and even offered to take my wife and I around for 30 minutes since we still had time left. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the service and the driver we got. Elite Rides will be our first choice whenever we need a limo service.

Got back in my car and drove around a bit more until I saw someone about to leave in one of those small security vehicles. The only person in the area. He stopped and I told him what train he'd been on and that I saw it wasn't going out again that night and asked if there was a way to look on the train. He said he'd go up to see what track it was on and would go through the train but when he came down he had my son's phone! I'm forever grateful to this lovely man! It was a replacement bus with a transfer in NJ not arriving at ABE until 10:20 pm. The three of us paid $163.35 each way (while waiting for the late bus we realized Lyft charges $150-$180 door-to-door in 80 minutes). On our trip from ABE to EWR in July, we indicated we were going to the United terminal when boarding, but the driver skipped terminal C and then refused to return to the airport, leaving us in New York City and causing us to miss our flights. The buses are pretty nice -- clean, with power outlets and Wi-Fi. But due to the serious reliability and communication problems we will switch to Lyft or rental car going forward.

The first time we traveled we had an issue finding the correct departure gate and called the company. The dispatcher who answered assured us we could travel on the next scheduled trip an hour later. He also made sure to contact the driver to let him know to expect us to fascilitate changing our ticket for the later bus.
