I lost my mind in this place. My intention was to trade in business casual attire for a cute summer dress, but I ended up trying on at least 20 items! So many cute, affordable options to choose from! I spent WAY more than I expected to with no regrets. I'm on my way back to purchase a white, yellow and blue dress that I told myself I didn't need. However. Today is a new day and I NEED IT. I received what I expected to get with the clothes I traded in as they all had never experienced a washing machine; always dry cleaned. For a resale store this place is large with a huge selection for women of ever size. There are no men or children's clothing in the store but it leaves more room for a bigger female selection. It's well maintained and organized and the team is super friendly. There's even dressing rooms to try on your selection. As long as you know how to match and accessorize you can walk out with a steal of a deal. read more

Went shopping here with my mom. Style Encore is a resale chain like Plato's Closet. All of these stores seem to vary by the location, and this one was great! I am only speaking from a buyers, not sellers, standpoint. The store is well organized and the prices are very reasonable. They have a great selection of high quality clothes. They have designated sections for certain, more desirable brands. I was happy to see sections of Lilly Pulitzer and Lululemon. I ended up getting a lot of good deals here. read more

I have been buying from this store since 2017 and it is impressing the amount of new items they bring in every week. I love shopping here because you can buy several items for amazing prices. The clothes are usually in great condition, and highly assorted. You can find anything there if you have time. Totally recommended! read more

They are so inconsistent on what they buy from you it's a waste of time go get everything ready and take it up there. Once I brought in items and made maybe $20, I took some of the same items back along with new items 3 months later and they took a ton of the old items along with the new stuff and I made almost $200. I guess it all depends on the sales associate that goes through your things and how busy they are to really stop and look at what you are bringing in. read more

I do not recommend to try to sell any of your stuff here! The past couple timed I have tried to sell my clothes (which were name brand and barely worn) they either wouldn't take them or would offer me 7$. I went today and they offered me 20 DOLLARS for a pair of never worn 210$ Jeffery Campbell shoes.. I said no thank you and took them back with me! read more

Very disappointed that I could not sell ANYTHING to them even when most items were name brand and nice they said they had "fuzzies" on them so I went though the whole basket and did not see one single item with "fuzzies" and they also said they are "very selective with dresses, long sleeves and sweaters" aka they just won't take any of them. If this is not frustrating then the face they told me it would be 45 minutes and it ended up being 2 and a half hours but "stay close cause we are closing soon and you can't leave your stuff" so I had to hang around siting waiting on a call that never came so I just went in and they had my full basket waiting. So frustrating would not recommend trying to sell and even if you do I have heard prices are clearly unfair and stupid cheep. read more

I'm so excited to be writing this review! I purposefully waited until I had both bought and sold here so that I could give an all encompassing preview as to what your visit might be like. I went around New Year's and got a lovely little black dress for $16 that was originally $80 from Lane Bryant per the original tag that was still attached. I also got some earrings to match for $5. Something cool that I noticed was that they sell a little bit of Stella and Dot jewelry. I used to be a stylist so this was neat seeing everything at clearance prices. Today, I brought in 22 pieces of clothing and a little bag of jewelry to sell. They had plenty of signs posted saying that they were getting an influx of drop offs and to be prepared to wait, but that you could come back anytime in 72 hours to complete your transaction if you wanted to leave your items and go. We were number 11 for the day and they told us to go eat lunch somewhere and come back, so that's what we did and it was right on time. To my surprise, they took all 22 items of clothing and I got $65 and some change. I was ecstatic! I had tried to sell things to other secondhand stores before and was left feeling very underwhelmed at what I was being offered knowing the quality of my items. I think they are very fair here and will happily take items that are in good shape with or without tags. Nothing I brought had stains or holes and everything was nicely folded in a tote. The only things they did not accept were 3 watches that were essentially plastic I had purchased from Target about 5 years ago (not sure why I thought they would). The clothing sizes go up to 4X which is awesome and I believe shoes go up to 11 or 12- don't quote me though. I for sure saw 10s. Everything is so organized and the store is clean. There is a nice sized jewelry section as well as purses, sunglasses, and a few tagged items they sell new. There are no men's clothing. read more

I dropped off 5 bags of clothing. They were name brand, and a lot with tags on them. Needless to say they tried to give me 4 dollars for a shirt and a cardigan from GAP with a price tag on it that was 45 dollars. I was livid. They are unreliable and will never go back there. read more

I have only shopped there so far and haven't tried selling clothes to them. My experience shopping was wonderful! The clothes are so incredibly well organized, color coded, and sorted by style, sleeve length, etc. I feel like the clothes are very reasonably priced and they have it all! read more

Amazing! I am so happy I found this great place to buy beautiful, professional women's clothing! Found Calvin Klein, White Black, Ann Taylor, Loft, Express, Lululemon, Nike, Coach, Michael Kors, Victoria's Secret. They have dresses, skirts, heels, slacks, jewelry, purses, sunglasses, watches wonderful for the office, and gym clothes. I could never afford this gorgeous wardrobe new!
