Every suite is either private with just one hair dresser or nail tech or I saw up to three in one suite. It was so cool walking to find my suite as all the doors are like sliding glass doors so you can see inside each suite. When I finally found Belkis(suite 9) I loved how she's solo and the cute earthy decor she had going on (one wall is completely covered in fake Ivy). She has 2 chairs, a bench, and one chair with sink attached to wash your hair. I was seen within15 minutes of my appointment which was great because I ran about 5 minutes late. Belkis was well known because people kept stopping by to say hi, even other hairstylists. I had done the balayge (with someone else) months ago and it really damaged my hair. I had to cut over 3 inches off and was left with just blonde tips. I needed some serious hair therapy, a trim, and definitely dye. I'm not a fan of shoet hair for myself so I was very specific about trimming JUST the split ends (you know some hairstylists tend to get scissor happy) with Belkis I had no worries. She dyed my hair first, then did a conditioning treatment and whennit was time to teim my hair she showed me before picking up the scissors, how much needed to be cut. I was pleasantly surprised cause it wasn't that bad. After she blowdryed and then planchaed(flat iron my hair..I have alot of Dominican friends and 2 half Dominican sisters..they say plancha alot). When I was done I was estatic! My hair looked healthy,shiny, and just 1000 times better! Belkis was honest about hair care and how often I should trim my hair and no more bleaching and dyeing my hair, really overjoyed with my outcome (my hair desperately needed this TLC) so Thank you so much Belkis and see you in 2 months for the next trim!

The salon is always clean and tidy. I get my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Aliana. I love that she takes her time, is very detailed, and has the sweetest demeanor. She also does the waxing of my eye brows and upper lip. My nails usually last two weeks and sometimes even longer. I get my hair cut, blow dried, and any treatments done with the talented Ingrid (the owner.) Every time she washes my hair I feel brand new. My hair always shine and has no frizz after she's done. My blow dries always last too. I've gotten acrylics done with Sandra in the past and her work is beautiful. They use good products. I would highly recommend this place. Let me begin by saying that I am extremely picky with hair products, styling and treatments, I've had a couple bad experiences that were enough to put me off of any salon at all, but seeing as she had already purchased the groupon I took the chance. Upon calling, the owner didn't speak English, but tried to work with me on making an appt. I was able to get something for the following week which was great. I went in on a Thursday evening at 6pm and was greeted by a nice woman who would be doing my hair. The salon itself was empty, there was only one other person there doing their nails, but it had plenty of room between stations and about 3-4 hair stations and 3-4 nail stations so that's a good sign. I can judge much on the treatment as It was my first one and I really don't have anything to compare it to, but it was an easy process, not too time consuming and the woman working on my hair definitely took her time and gave my hair the attention it needed. I love how my hair came out upon leaving so I will probably be back for another treatment. My only concern with going back for other services is that my Spanish is pretty awful and it seemed that the only Employees there that evening spoke only Spanish. I wouldn't want a miscommunication when trying other services, aside from that, give this place a try. It seems well worth it!
