I used to love this store as they had very cool lesser-known brands, many of which I'd only seen in LA. There was really nowhere else in the area like it. However, the last couple times I've been in, it's more or less turned into a little ALEXIS boutique. It used to be a place I could count on finding something unique and "wow". Now I may as well go to the ALEXIS website or Saks to find the same merchandise. read more

Be careful what you buy from the sale rack. Twice I purchased items on sale with snags (pulls) in the garments. The last time I specifically asked if anything was wrong with it and was told no. The item had a snag 1/2 way around the mid section. Since they have a no return policy, I am now stuck with something I will never wear. Its gorgeous, very organized, If your looking for statement pieces, something unique, or even something casual this is the place to go. It has everything, great selection! My fiancee's aunt is a fan of this store and called to tell me she found a great dress for my wedding. I decided to order the dress to try it on and see if it was the one, as we are from out of town. They took my credit card information and reminded me of the 7-day return policy. I was aware I would only have a few days to decide. I received the dress on Thursday and early Monday morning called to make sure the seven days began on the day I received the shipment. We had been moving all weekend and I had barely had time to look at any other dresses or think about it. I left a message Monday morning saying that I had not had much time and I am going to assume I have until the following Thursday for the dress to be returned. If there was a problem, for them to call me back so I could overnight it (since they had ran my credit card and shipped it out on Tuesday). I never heard from them. I ended up finding the wedding dress of my dreams that Monday and shipped their dress back. They called me on Thursday, when they received my package stating that I had knowingly broken their policy. The woman basically said there would be no negotiation and she would be mailing the dress back to me with no refund. She seemed to have zero remorse that I was shopping for my wedding day and said that had I have listened to the voicemail I would know that they were closed Mondays. After we hung up I tried calling back twice and ended up leaving a message, after listening to their voicemail that says they are open Monday 10-6. This is a nice boutique, however- I am very upset with how I was treated. I believe it was handled in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. read more
