Today, I wandered into the store looking for slim golf pants. I was quickly helped by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member. He was pleasant and assured me that I could easily wear these pants for a dressier occasion if needed. Honestly, I think I'm hooked. The clothing is simply awesome. Sheets. Twin bedroom bedding. Pillows. Duvet covers. Towels. Everything. She is a true stylist. She saw how tired my friend and I were getting. She walked to the café, bought us green drinks, and handed the clerk her card. Class still exists. She has endless energy. She arranged for everything to be picked up on the third floor and brought down to delivery. We backed the car up and loaded the trunk. Easy. Some of the shelves might be bare, but there's a lot to be desired from the little merchandise there. dd's offers a wide variety of merchandise to include but not limited to: apparel, gifts, home decor, kids items and plenty of miscellaneous items. The prices are very friendly and so were the cashiers. Covid-19 precautions are well in place to include hand sanitizer near the pin pads and an employee cleaning off the cashier station and counter in between every patron. I will definitely return to this store. There are treasures to be found.

I wore one pair for the very first time yesterday, and by today the soles were already delaminating. The shoes are clean and clearly show only one day of normal wear. I brought them back expecting an exchange for what appears to be a defective pair, but the manager dismissed my request without offering a reasonable solution. I then contacted Skechers customer service and was told that any resolution is entirely at the store manager's discretion. Skechers advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," but that apparently means nothing if the store can simply refuse to stand behind a product that failed after one day. Now that Skechers is tied to 3G Capital, a firm known for aggressive cost-cutting, this kind of experience makes me wonder if customer service and product support are headed in the wrong direction. I've purchased many Skechers over the years, but after this, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The person who greeted us said his name was Sinderny and couldn't have been more patient, kinder, or friendlier. He took the time to walk us around the store and listen to exactly what we needed. It wasn't just helpful, but it was kind. The whole staff at the store was wonderful and found things that we were looking for that weren't presented on the regular shelving. Again, it's not something that you would do all the time, posting a review about a shoe warehouse, but this one is worth doing and the sale that they showed us saved us a lot of money on top of it all. It's hard to believe that I'm raving about a shoe store, but I am. What a great spot.
