As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.

The last time I was there I asked for my layers to be cut shorter because they were grown out and small bangs. The hairstylist proceeded to 2 pieces of my hair shorter than the rest of it making my hair look choppy and uneven. She didn't even cut me any bangs as-well. My layers looked exactly the same than they looked before just were styled. I never thought I would say this but i will not continue going to this salon which is crazy because I used to love it. I guess the new employees are just not as awesome as the old ones. The only pleasant part of my visit was going to the restroom because it did smell nice in there. I would have totally understood if they needed to reschedule. My hair was so thirsty and dry! I purchased a Groupon for a hair cut, style and your choice of a treatment. I went with the moisture treatment obviously because I really needed it! All of this for only $20! You can't beat that price! Since this is the Paul Mitchell School, students will be cutting and styling your hair. They have teachers there to keep an eye on them. The teachers will sign off before the student begins to make sure everyone is on the same page. I remember signing a waiver as well. The student who was assigned to me was fantastic! Her name is Jessica. She was sweet, friendly, patient and a perfectionist. She really took her time on my hair which I really appreciate! I was there for 3 hours. But I also have A LOT of hair. And the moisture treatment took over 30 mins. Jessica was such a joy!! She will make an awesome stylist!! I wasn't able to tip the student on the bill but you can bring cash. I was there so long so I inadvertently forgot to give her a tip! I feel terrible! But we exchanged numbers so I will be giving her a tip next time I see her. There was another stylist with red hair that was very friendly too. I don't remember her name though. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I have super thin hair so I don't think it should've taken that long and I wish the instructors stepped in to help knowing that it was taking a very long time. My hair was done very choppy and each instructor said it was okay... when it wasn't. Only Mr. Jones stopped and really talked with me which I appreciated. I went to Ulta to get it fixed right after.
