It was Black Friday where the mall was infiltrated with everyone in town and it was my first time in so I just grabbed a seat amongst the crowded waiting room. Be sure to sign in at the desk to secure your spot in line! They were completely short-staffed with only one woman working. I ended up getting distracted by my work emails, which killed all the time I had sitting there- which was about an hour. On any other day, I'd easily walk out after 20mins, but i wanted to give this place a shot since I was already in the area. Im glad I stuck around as the woman holding down the fort was super kind and apologized for the long wait time. She did a fine job on cleaning my eyebrows which was worth the trip!
