This was reflected in the ideas she generated for us. We're still not sure which path we're going to take, but I have to say that for the design aspect, although we'd already talked with about a dozen different design/ build companies in the last three years, Moneca re-imagined our space within an hour of being in our home, in ways no one else nor us had thought about before. She's also great at 'sourcing' furniture, materials, etc., and afterwards she made us a pinterest board with things she'd pulled together for our backyard, which was really lovely and helpful. And as I'd talked about our porcelain tile floor being too hard of a surface in our living room, she sourced us a lovely and elegant floating cork click tile.
