Maybe when customers call they shouldn't mention the Groupon because it's clear these people don't want to honor them. Thanks for saving me some trouble, Bar Salon. I doubt customer service is all your horrible at. Answering the phone and returning calls shouldn't be so difficult. If it is, i don't want you anywhere near scissors and my hair.
