From the very first message, Lauren at Darlwas responsive, empathetic, and incredibly kind. She truly listened to what happened and what I was hoping to achieve. Another $75 add on for toner I didn't request or know about until I saw the receipt. I think I've reached the end of my rope with this place. The nickel and diming is exhausting and just not worth it.
