They are now extremely thin and weak, and one nail is even painful and raw underneath to the point where I have to keep it covered. My nails were healthy before this appointment, and I've never experienced damage like this from a nail service before. They immediately took me and part of my wedding party with no issues and it was the quickest my nails have ever been done in my life especially for the incredible quality. Not only did they survive my whole wedding with everything I was doing to them, they survived my 2 week honeymoon camping in the middle of the desert at burning man constantly putting up tents and supplies and breaking things down, digging in the dirt and mud with my hands. No chips. No missing nails. I'm quite honestly astounded. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. If you're thinking you should go anywhere else don't. After a few visits I refused to go there because I felt the job they did was not worth the price which seemed high to me. She barely took care of my cuticles left rough edges and the paint job was not good. I gave them another chance but if anything it was worse. It looked like my nails were already grown out and needed to be done again. Most places I have gone a pedicure will look good for almost a month before needing another visit. My husband pays the same amount for the same service but doesn't have polish I don't think that is fair. He appreciates the massage and the grooming but noticed the last time he was there that he was left with rough edges and and they ignored his suggestions to round the points of the nail adjacent to the lateral nail folds. He didn't want an in grown toe nail, seems reasonable. He went in for a basic pedicure and she kept telling him he had to do the pricier option and then when he was paying he thought he was pressing 10% but it turned out to be $10 tip. so he ended up paying way more than intended. They may have happy clients but we won't be among them.

I'm so glad I came here! I got my haircut by Yanka and she was great. She actually LISTENED to what I wanted which is the main thing I was looking for. Respectfully gave her opinion on how much she thought I should cut off and when I told her I really just wanted an inch, she did what I asked. In my experience, many hair stylists get scissor crazy and end up cutting off way too much. So because she respected what I wanted, I will definitely be going back. My hair looks great and feels so soft too! She was very honest and had a very nice personality which I also appreciated.
