Headed to Milton for another appointment in the afternoon and decided to find a nail shop that we could get our nails done in the same area. Apprehensive about going to a nail shop not close to home, we went along with the reviews and read how great they were. We called and luckily they were able to get us in and make appointments for that same day. We were very excited. We walked in, nobody else was in there at all, but it was very clean and well decorated. The lady doing my nails was very friendly initially. I explained to her how I'm getting married this coming week and my sister was my maid of honor and we were excited to get our nails done nicely before we head to Hawaii. She quoted us $75 for "gel" and I showed her my inspiration picture as she quoted me this price. I continued to let her know I would really like them narrow at the tips because I like the "coffin" look. She kept reminding me that in her professional opinion, I shouldn't do that, but that she will do it if I like. She still did not do it to my liking. They were very thick and chunky, and uneven. I definitely do not believe they were worth what she ended up charging us. She charged me $95 after she quoted me initially is $75 after seeing my inspiration picture. I didn't do anything extreme with my nails for them to cost that much money. Very simple. My sister was sitting next to me getting her nails done and they were all very uneven as well. Her thumbs were shorter than any of the rest of her other nails and so they looked very boxy. After mentioning it a couple times they still decided not to Fix it. So may that be, the tech doing her nails cut her three separate times during her visit. She was not very nice about it and explained to her coworker that she didn't cut my sister. I suppose my sister just started to bleed for no reason out of nowhere three different times. We asked her for acrylic when we got there and she kept up talking us and telling us that they don't do acrylic, they only do "gel" which is fine, but if that is all you offer, do you think you would be better at it than that. She received a phone call as we were leaving and was very rude to the customer that was on the phone. She had such an attitude. It was surprising. Anyhow, I spent the next 20 minutes filing down my nails, a little more to my liking, and still was not Happy with my results. I could've done them better myself, and I am not even a professional. I believe when you're paying money, you should get whatever you want regardless of their professional opinion. Needless to say , we sure as hell won't be back. Good luck guys. read more

This place really delivers on quality. They take their time to be sure you are well taken care of and pampered. I got the Signature Pedicure and Classic Manicure. I loved the way my nails look but after last visit I probably won't be back. Made a manicure and pedicure appointment for my last visit. After the manicure was done I was lead to the register no mention of my pedicure. It appeared the pedicure was ignored by management, the area wasn't even set up. I needed the pedicure for my vacation and now have to find someone else to do it. The visit before my last appointment I was scolded for paying with my credit card because it costs them money. Wasn't a problem before and I didn't appreciate the scolding. read more

Yes great customer service, I've been here a few times and have recommended this place to many people. This last visit disappointed me, looking at the floor there was tons of toe clippings everywhere and throughout my visit used tools from other customers were used on my nails.... I had gel on my toes and he took them off with clippers instead of soaking them off, my toes look like my daughter could have done a better job at painting them. I asked for a full set white tip narrow square, lady said with my mail beds to do almond but I told her I don't like that look on me but she told me to trust her (that was my fault not speaking up for what I was there to get..) durning the process of prepping and everything she nicked my cuticles multiple times. When she applied dip (I asked for acrylics) it didn't look cured all the way through before she added another layer. Once done there was so much dip on and around my cuticles, it has been 3 days and my nail beds and cuticles are still healing... I'm ver disappointed and won't be coming back unfortunately. read more

A+ service over here! I had originally came down here for some other errands and took a quick peek at this place just staring at me, telling me I needed a pedi and mani. (I take care of my hands and feet, guys with ugly feet and hands need a reality check) Anyways, the owner here was just AMAZING, I can't explain to you the feeling i received coming into this facility.
