The ending hairstyle looked extremely choppy, basically a chunk of my hair is short and then immediately drops to a longer length. She didn't bother to blend in the hair at all. It has now been several months and two cuts with a hairstylist who knows what she's doing to try to fix my hair and it still isn't fixed. Fortunately, Lauren put me right at ease straight away -- it was clear from the time of our consultation that she was dedicated to making sure I'm super happy with my hair. We talked at length about all my different options for achieving the high-dimension, low-maintenance blonde I wanted... including balayage, foils, root tap/shadow/melt, money piece, etc. and finally settled on a plan that would match the ook I was going for without damaging my hair too much. Lauren was honest with me from the get-go about what she did and didn't feel comfortable doing in terms of maintaining the integrity of my hair (we skipped bleaching the ends for that reason), which I really appreciated. From the moment she started painting to the toner and blowout/styling, it was clear that she *really* cares about her work, as well as the client's satisfaction. And I truly don't think the tone of my blonde has ever looked better! Not to mention, Lauren's sweet, friendly, accommodating presence makes for a really pleasant experience all around. Owner stepped in and covered it with low-lights to try and rectify the huge f-k up. Now my hair is so over processed it's like a sponge when I wash it. Ruined my hair it will take months and months to be healthy again. Think twice about going there. Thank you Salon Forza for ruining my healthy hair. And then overcharging me for it.
