The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. The facility is incredibly clean--it's obvious that cleanliness is a top priority, and they're constantly keeping everything in great condition. Otis has struggled with separation anxiety, but by his third day at daycare, everything changed. Now he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and doesn't even look back at drop-off. That alone says everything about how comfortable and happy he is there. He comes home completely worn out from playing all day, which we love. We actually drive 25 minutes out of the way just to bring him here, and it is worth every single minute. I visited almost every daycare in town before choosing Unleashed Pets, and I can confidently say this is the best one. The techniques that are taught are easy for both handler and puppy to learn. The doctor and staff were so kind. I could not have asked for anyone better to deal with the situation. They let us have time with our cat to say goodbye. When my daughter starting crying they have her a cute teddy bear to comfort her. Amazing!! When it was time to pick up his ashes they were in the beautiful wood box and it was engraved with his name. We also got a clay ornament with his paws and name on it. So as I am driving home crying I walk in the door and in the mail was a beautiful card from the doctor and staff all with personal messages from each one about our loss. I was absolutely blown away!! As we drive there, he gets very excited to go and runs in the door every time! Every staff member greets your dog like he/she is their own. They have different sized kennel options, very spacious play areas/"farm like" acreage, extra services (ie extra walks, play time, baths etc) and can customize services whether you have an energetic dog or mellow dog. They don't judge or balk at owners who want to bring in blankets or pillows etc to make their boarded dog feel "at home" & safe (which is extra important for those rescue dogs or anxiety ridden dogs). I also believe their fees are reasonable so you get the bang for your buck! If you have a question or concern or they do, they are patient, calm & professional in discussing it. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!
