It must've had a chip or a hairline crack in it to begin with anyway I came over and introduced myself as the guy who came over the other day. Nobody remembered me. I showed him what it happened And I guess it's the manager look me right in the face and told me I can't replace a broken pipe I tried to explain to him. It's never been used. I went to try and load it and it cracked in half and he just told me sorry can't replace a broken pipe. I've been in Customer Service my entire life over 30 years. If I sold someone something that was brand new never been used and it broke the first time they tried to use it. I would replace that, that's just good business granted it's only $20 but it's the principal. I suggest finding another smoke shop on the island, I travel back-and-forth regularly at least five times a year to Kona I will never come back to the shop again, extremely poor Customer Service and a poor attitude .

Just went to Black Lava where prices are cheaper and people are nicer. The Irie in Pahoa is a toilet bowl. Dirty, smelly, and very unfriendly.
