Original installation 24 Aug. 2016, had several visual and functional issues that needed…read morecorrection: 1) Gutters not straight, resulting in low areas that do not drain and nasty looking oil canning. 2) Hack job at end of a too long gutter where it had to be cut by hand to fit resulting in jagged, uneven cut, metal shards, etc.. 3) Gutter section that ran downhill to a capped end, had nowhere to drain. 4) Gutter set so low on fascia that water ran over and past the gutter. 5) Screw(s) in gutter hangers that split the bottom edge of the fascia. 6) Both trims at both miters were installed grossly out of plumb and with up to 1/2" gaps between the trim and the bottom of the gutter. 7) Mismatched gutter lengths (one 1-1/2" longer than the other) at each side of the entry gable face. 8) Down spouts not installed plumb. I fixed the downspouts then called them, and several days later two kids came to 'fix' the problems. Some issues were corrected, but new ones were created: 1) Repairs resulted in more damage to the fascia and no offer was made to repair it. 2) The rear gutter still has a low spot that retains 1/2"+ of water, way towards what is supposed to be the high end: This was pointed out to the installer who argued that my eyes were wrong and his 3" pocket level is dead accurate. 3) Repairs left numerous holes in the back side of the gutter (visible from inside the home) and holes in the metal edge trim. None of which were caulked or sealed. 4) Numerous leaks (some significant) between the back side of the gutter and fascia. 5) A new, 12" long split in the fascia was noted after the crew left. 6) The trim at the front miter has fully separated from the face of the gutter on one side. 7) A gutter hanger found on the ground below a section of gutter that now is five feet between supports. Apparently dropped during the 'repairs' but never replaced. The installer gave me his phone number and asked me to call him if there were any other issues. I did. Three times in two days. Will be calling others tomorrow and will follow up here. Oct. 14; Three times a charm. Issues have been addressed and we now have an acceptable installation.

My contractor said they couldn't take it on, so I started looking for a carpenter and came across Kyle. From the beginning, Kyle showed outstanding dedication and work ethic. He researched the best ways to approach the project and offered a couple of options. He then completed the work in just a few days, taking great care of both the house and the work area -- something I really appreciated. His attention to detail was excellent: from carefully matching the stain color to the existing finish, to making fine adjustments to the cabinet doors and drawers. Overall, I'd highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for carpentry or construction work. I'll definitely reach out to him for future projects.

Andrew contacted me and set up a time / he showed up right on time, looked at the floor and discussed the options and clearly explained the pro's and con's of the different options. We had gotten a couple other bids already but Andrew was much more thorough in explaining things. We thought it over and contacted them - they said they could start that Sat morning. He contacted me a day later and said they had to move some things around - could they start the next day. They sanded the floor and put two coats of finish on that day and he sent me a pic the next morning at 7 am that they had put the 3rd and final coat on that morning. Easy to deal with, knowledgeable , competent and got the job done quickly / I put that floor in originally and I do woodworking so I think I could of tackled the project but we are in the middle of remodeling the house to sell and having a contractor come in a knock out a big job like that in a hurry and do a great job is kinda rare to find these days but an absolute godsend when your in that position - highly recommend
