I figured it would be like most BOOTCAMP style workout facilities. Where you have circuit style workout on chalk boards, trainer pushing the group to push themselves, and using free weights throughout the workout. It's been 30+ years since I've been in a gym. I needed help as I am not in shape and just not flexible anymore, and have a hip problem. i knew immediately that I was "home" when I walked in the door. The owners and trainers make you feel like family. They care. They take time to show you how to do things, how to use the equipment, and how to exercise best for you. The classes are phenomena. The personal training is beyond anything. The gym and equipment is clean and great. The people that come to this gym have become friends. This gym has become a part of my life. In just 2 months I feel better and have much better balance and flexibility. Can't wait to see my progress as I continue on my journey. On a side note, I took pickleball and golf class as an introduction to the sport and am now playing pickleball regularly and starting with golf classes. Without this gym I wouldn't have these new sports in my life. I go to the gym with purpose, but it has also become a social place for me. Maybe once was a nice gym, currently stuff is constantly broken and waiting for repair (cable…read moremachines, toilets, water fountain). Facility especially the bathroom is dirty and unkempt. It's a good location, and not a bad gym to stop in when you need a workout, but I would find another gym to invest in a membership. Staff is nice, and the community that uses the gym is nice, but it seems the owner may have lost the passion that a gym ownership requires.

1 star is generous…read more Worst gym I have had the misfortune of attending and wasting money on. Conditions are filthy (bathroom, weight room, and machines). Owner and sidekick are unfriendly and unprofessional ( especially when confronted with issues/suggestions). There is zero culture for picking up after oneself (including trainers). Wi-Fi is iffy, at best (I use an online training program). Save your money...plenty of worthwhile gyms in this area.
