You dare to call expecting a 2 week payment turnaround but can't follow up to help my daughter after you sell her an excessively expensive and useless test. WORST. Don't use them.

I was on my lunch break and couldn't afford to wait any longer so I informed the receptionist I had to leave and asked for my copay back. She apologized and obliged. Afternoon and a lunch break wasted. I definitely won't be coming back to this practice.

Dr. Lateef was also very nice and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him right away and he spent plenty of time explaining things and answering questions. I feel confident that he will be able to help me with my sinus issues in whatever way works for me. Oh! And they gave me printed information, which was a big help when I got home and promptly forgot much of what was explained to me. :) They do electronic prescriptions too, which is always a bonus. I feel like my doctor actually cares about my well-being. It honestly feels like allergists don't take adults seriously when it comes to allergies or asthma because we haven't been treated since childhood. The receptionist suggested I go to the ER and pay out-of-pocket costs to be treated for a SINUS INFECTION. I ended up going to an urgent care center, eating the costs of the visit since they were not in-network, but was instructed to follow up with my PCP if I did not fully improve. I called Dr. Buddala's office again today and was told that she didn't have any available appointments until APRIL. THIS IS LITERALLY 5 MONTHS FROM THE TIME OF MY INITIAL CALL!!! I did not choose this doctor but unfortunately, this is who I am stuck with due to her being in-network with my insurance. This practice needs to be reported to the State Board of Medical Examiners for failure to provide timely, appropriate and adequate patient care.
