Really nice doctor. It's great to finally know for sure about what I'm allergic to and not allergic to.

Several locations for those in the bucks county/mercer county area…read more I've always been able to get an appointment with ease in the Hamilton location (only open on certain days), the closest one to where I reside. The receptionists are always just friendly enough. The waiting room, small, but lots of seating with your typical magazines and small TV on generic daytime talk shows. I've never had to wait long in the reception area and have always been seen within 15 min of my arrival. The Dr's that I've seen have been knowledgeable, very friendly and good personality, which keeps me going back. Lots of ample parking, safe, and conveniently located.

Very poor patient care and service. I had horrible hives and made an appointment at which time…read moreover the phone I was told I could not take allergy medicine for 48 hours. I complied with this and suffered 2 sleepless night and uncomfortable days due to the hives. When I arrived at my appointment at 9am, I was not seen until 9:45. That was annoying but ok, things happen. Then I see a doctor and I'm told I cannot get allergy testing done because I have active hives. Angrily I explained I was told not to take medication for 48 hours and she responded "oh not sure why they told you that". I was sent for bloodwork the same day and now it has been over a week with no call from the office. So I called today and a very rude answering receptionist said they will not be open until Monday (that's 4 days from now) and that I'd have to wait until then. Never going back there!

This practice is extremely unprofessional. We were scheduled to see Dr. Caucino after waiting over…read morea month for an appointment. She was running 40 minutes behind our scheduled appointment. As me and my child walked to the back the nurse asked me for my child's height and weight!!!! I thought that was HER job not mine. She proceeded to take his height and weight. Once we were in the room I asked why things were running late and she responded "we have other patients" she then proceeded to take my sons blood pressure with his jacket on! Needless to say, she had to do it twice! The doctor walks in 8 minutes later and i again expressed my concern for her tardiness. She said "I dont work on time, I really care about my patients. I said I understand that but there is a way to work quickly and efficiently she immediately yanked the door handle and said I'm not the doctor for you. My son had to stop taking his allergy medication for five days for that appointment she repeatedly said "yea reschedule her with someone else as we waited near the front desk to be rescheduled. I then made the decision to go to another location. This morning I called and was notified that she owned the practice and I could not make an appointment at another location because they notated my account as "I was not a good fit for the practice" I would suggest that no one frequents this practice in the future. The LEAD DR. Is extremely rude and disrespectful!

Dr Julie Caucino is a very strange person. I came in as a new patient as I had my medical records…read moretransferred from ENT Allergy Associates (an excellent group) due to travel distance from my home. Now I had 500 pgs. of documents sent to the office, after filling out office paperwork which the staff were quite accommodating I spoke to her nurse and told her and my situation. I take xolair for asthma and also get a shot for grass allergy which was conveyed in a phone call before the appointment. The nurse then said the Doctor would be in shortly, and when she came into the room she told me that they don't give xolair shots or allergy shots in that office and told me to go back to my other Allergist if I wanted the shots. Now this was a consultation first visit. She left the room and told her staff to give me my records and copay and leave the office. I tried to explain that I did not need the shots that day and if I had to I would schedule two separate visits but she shouted we don't give those shots in the office even though a kiosk in the office is set up for the two specific shots in writing. Now this was a very humiliating interaction and I don't embarrass easily but I would be very wary in dealing with this person as she is definitely off kilter.

We have been patients of Dr. Siniakowicz at Penn Medicine in Hamilton NJ for a number of years now…read more We are both in our 70's and have seen many different doctors over the years. Primary doctors and specialists. Dr. S is simply THE BEST. His nurse Annetta is also simply THE BEST. Could write dozens of complimentary words here for both. Dozens. Just going to say they are the best team we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Tom and Marie DeAngelo.

I recently visited the doctor's office for a physical examination with the nurse practitioner…read more About a day later, I received a call from a nurse informing me that I needed to repeat my blood tests in two weeks due to a high white blood cell count. She inquired whether I had been feeling unwell recently. I shared that I had experienced some side effects like coughing, vomiting, and spitting. I initially attributed to my medication and mentioned that the nurse practitioner had adjusted my prescription that very day. I may have been unwell. The nurse kindly offered to arrange a callback from the nurse practitioner, and I happily accepted. The nurse practitioner called me back, introducing herself with a "Hi, this is Nurse Practitioner Yvonne." I responded with a friendly greeting, asking how she was doing. "Fine," she replied, "but my nurse mentioned you were upset about your results. Let me explain she said." She then delved into the reasons behind my two-week wait to redo my labs. After what felt like an eternity of about five minutes, I finally had the opportunity to speak. I clarified, "I was never upset about the results; my concern is the delay. I work closely with many people and want to take precautions to prevent anyone else from getting sick." Her tone shifted, and she remarked sharply, "I checked your results, and you're fine. What kind of exams do you think should be done?" I suggested tests for common issues like flu or COVID, or even a virus panel--after all, I'm not a doctor. I then asked whether it would be possible to consult another physician. She firmly replied, "We don't do that here. Why do you need another doctor?" I expressed my worries about the unusual side effects I was experiencing, which didn't seem normal to me. In that moment, she retorted, "You can do what you want; I'm not continuing this conversation," and abruptly hung up. Moments later, she called back, asking if I wanted to review the rest of my physical results. At that point, my disappointment poured out. I conveyed how much I had admired her and believed I was getting genuine support for my treatment. "I've decided to seek another doctor," I told her, feeling the weight of my decision. With that, she hung up again. I still think to myself why wasn't I asked how I was feeling, or to come back in to run tests. Its so weird no one called me back to see what happiened and I get a letter saying not to go back there. Stay away from the nurse practitioner; see a doctor if you go here! She was very weird talking about how she is making everyone do a tetanus shot hmmmmm.
