Enara Health is the first place where I was not only able to lose the weight but more importantly, keep the weight off with the help of their amazing team of doctors and dietitians. Plus, they took my insurance! From the get go, the one on one counseling personalizes a diet that meets your needs and fits your goals. The program is unique in that it uses tech (phone app) to communicate with the doctor and dietician and upload food pictures and they can track your weight loss progress. Before I started the program, I was prediabetic and exactly a year later, my test results showed I was perfectly normal. I'm so happy I started with Enara and have finally taken back control of my weight!

I reached a point where I thought I would never be able to lose the weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My dietitian and my medical provider have been so supportive during this journey! You can have virtual appointments with your providers, which really helped me because I have a busy schedule being full time at school! I enjoyed the weekly meeting with my dietitian, you really get to build a strong bond and it is really easy to talk together. You also get to post pictures of your meals through the app and your provider will comment on then, which really kept me accountable. I really loved the body composition tests that you get every month to track your progress, it's so helpful to see what else in your body is changing and not just your weight. It shows your muscle mass, percent body fat, visceral fat and your BMI. Your dietitian goes through the results with you and your progress is always saved on the Enara app to keep you motivated! You will not regret the decision of joining Enara! I'm maintaining the weight I lost, I have so much knowledge now about food especially when I look at ingredient lists! I built a family most importantly, and your providers really care about you and your lifestyle! They will help you throughout every step of the way from the first phone call asking about the program and through your whole journey with them! Enara you have my heart and I'm forever thankful for everything I accomplished and will still be accomplishing!

All of the women are rude and have a nasty attitude. I made a total of 7 calls and I was spoken to rudely. The last call I was told I had to reschedule because I couldn't find the entrance door. The lady hung the phone up in my face and after several attempts to address her rudeness no one would answer. I read the negative reviews before coming but I overlooked them since I was referred to them by my nutritionist. Bottom line I wouldn't go here if it was free. Consider yourself warned- take your time and money elsewhere.

I have a slight sensitivity to shrimp and listed this on a medical questionnaire with a new employer. My employer required me to see my Dr to confirm this was not a serious allergy to shellfish. I went to Associated Allergists in January 2023 for a skin test. Once the test was completed a nurse reviewed my arm and said there was no reaction to any of the allergens. I saw NO reaction on my arm. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) said she noticed a reaction under lobster. There was no reaction. I told her I saw nothing. She stated if I wanted to go for a blood test, I could do that as well. I went to Quest Labs and within 24 hours I received my results. Lobster was absent/undetectable. Shrimp was Very Low Level. I sent these results to the NP, however she had already sent my forms back to my employer stating I had a positive reaction to Lobster and based on a situation I shared from 41 years prior, she listed me as having an anaphylaxis reaction to shellfish. My employer used this information to limit my access to certain profitable job opportunities. As a result of this report a contract I was scheduled to begin was rescinded. My employer said I can request a review after 1 year. I requested that review in 2024 and was told based on the form completed by the NP my ban was permanent. The one option was to see my Dr again and request a food challenge. My employer said they never received the results of the Quest Lab blood test showing Lobster as absent/undetectable. I decided to get another opinion and found a new allergist. I completed a new skin test (10) allergens. This test revealed ZERO reactions. There was NO reaction to Lobster. My new Dr. stated that since it does not show in my bloodwork or my skin test, it is unlikely I am allergic to lobster. However, the only way to have this misdiagnosis removed from my employment records is to complete a food challenge at my Drs office. I have eaten Lobster at home so I know this will not be an issue. I will schedule the food challenge for next week. I am very disappointed with my experience at Associated Allergists. This past year has caused me stress, as well as a loss of income and opportunities. In hind sight I realize I should have asked for someone else to review my skin test results because the NP clearly did not see a reaction to Lobster. It will cost me $500 to correct this error. If you decide to go to this location, ask to see the Dr only. Please don't settle for less. Avoid my year long ordeal.
