I have had to call Roach Plumbing three times in the 20 years we've owned our house. The first…read moretime was for a leak under a bathroom sink that was filling the cabinet with water, they came and identified it as a very small part that was replaced in 5 minutes and barely charged me anything at all. The second time, the pull to turn the shower on stopped working. They came out quickly and while this turned in to a bigger repair that required cutting a hole in the wall of the room next to the bathroom, they explained what needed to be done and why before proceeding with the work. This most recent time we had a clog between the house and septic and they came, identified the issue, put a new cleanout in the basement and snaked the system out twice to ensure the problem was fixed. I have always been very pleased with their service and responsiveness and appreciate having a plumber I can trust. Would recommend them to anyone!

It wound up being more than triple that and took far longer than they told me . They asked if I wanted them to Prime my well pump which I've done before so I mean I installed my well pump I work on a farm they're not talking to somebody who knows nothing about Plumbing . So that takes them another 45 minutes or so and I can't figure out why something that should only take 10 minutes is taking them so long . Apparently they want to tell me that my tank is in the wrong place and that they had to clean out my filter by my water tank and all kinds of other stuff that was unnecessary that I did not ask them to do obviously that part of the bill . Was supposed to take two guys took three to do the job . My well pump worked for about 10 or 12 days after they finish the job and then crapped out because clearly there was some kind of debris in the lines from whatever they did still don't know if it's the valve or if when they cleaned out the filter they got gunk in my lines . Had to replace the well pump again and now I'm going to have to go through and double check everything they did . Never again

I kept going over which one to get for our project as all the websites I checked had different measurements fit the different dumpsters. Settled on a 15 yard. To give you an idea of the physical dimensions: 7.5 feet wide, 13.5 feet long by aboit 4.5 feet high. These are all rough measurements but it will give you an idea of the size of a 15 yard one. This one wasn't much more than the 12 yard as far as price so we opited for that one. It fit or needs. We demolished a 13 x 10 deck floor along with putting a lot of miscellaneous items in there.

I was just expecting someone to come out and clean out the line from my dryer and outdoors. The tech went above and beyond my expectations - not only did they clean everything out, but also measured air flow, took lots of photos (which I got in a nice report afterward!), and inspected my dryer vent (which had a crack in it!).
