It is beginning of June and I had to clean my house windows, among other home projects. As last year, I called Marina - she is the one scheduling the time. As always, she was pleasant and accommodating. She matched last year's price and said that two guys will becoming. Instead, three young, very responsible guys showed up - Jonathan, Charles and Charles. My husband actually thought that there were 4 guys, but then we realized that two of them are twins:-) They came on time and spent practically whole day at our house. We have a lot of windows, high ceilings - they had no problem reaching into the places we would never get to. They cleaned all window sills and wiped picture frames I asked them to (very high up).Overall, I can recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism. Hope this helps. read more

It all started so promisingly... I spoke to Marina (one of the owners) who asked me to text her photos and quantities of all the windows in my house. I sent her a picture of every style of window along with quantities of each. She then called me with a price ($390) to clean the inside/outside and we set a date. When the workman arrived, he informed me that the quote was incorrect and the job would cost more than twice the original price. (Approximately $500 for just the inside or $1000 for in and out!!!). This was because Marina's husband (the other owner) counts each double window as two separate windows not one, hence the inflated cost. This fact was not mentioned at all during any of my earlier conversations with Marina. I then spoke to Marina, who tried to explain that it was my error for not counting every double window in the frame separately. She did not try to come to any solution and continued to lay the blame entirely with me. I explained to her that none of these problems would have occurred if she had either viewed the house herself or explained to me what they consider 'one window' to be when she was putting together the quotation. Needless to say, we could not come to an agreement so I cancelled the job and arranged for a very nice and professional competitor to come the same day and give me a quotation instead. read more

As we came to our NJ house for the summer, I had to arrange for window cleaning as I do with Suburban every year for about 5-6 years. This year, though, I decided to write this review, as I should have done many years ago. This company is simply outstanding. Every year I call Marina and make an appointment with her. If it is raining hard that day, she would call me to re-schedule. Otherwise, they continue with the service. Usually 2-3 people come in, take out our screens. One guy, Charles this year, is cleaning screens outside and two other employees, Jonathan and another Charles, work from the inside and outside. They are detail-oriented and do not mind if I show them something they have not noticed (usually minor details). With Covid this year, they have been so careful and understanding of the situation! They wore masks and booties they out on top of their shoes. These guys do not take any rest. They are hardworking, honest and pleasure to work with. I was delighted with a this company professionalism, they were recommended by my friend, since it is so hard to truly find an experienced window cleaning. My past experience left me many times very disappointed wjth their workmanship, because some of these companies use rags and windex and I was not satisfied with this type of cleaning frankly my windows would have streaks and would look foggy, and not shiny as they should, I highly recommend this company now to my family and friends.
