I never write reviews, this is my very first one, ever. So I am going to hope that whoever reads…read morethis is in a position to make necessary changes. My husband and I just moved out to Algonac and we go to this Taco Bell way more often then we probably should. The food is always great! My first complaint would be understaffing. I don't think that the problem is that the employees are too slow, I think they are understaffed to the level of business they get. Maybe if they had extra help, product would come out faster and more efficiently. My last complaint and what I feel is the biggest complaint, are some of the employees. I don't know if it is because all of the staff are in high school and are too stressed, or they are young and don't really care about their job, or it's their first job and they don't know how to talk to people but there are some major attitude problems with some of the girls who work there. No smiles, no pleases and thank you's. Whenever we say "have a nice night" most of them just don't even respond. When we're in the drive through, they make it seem like we are being rushed and that we are annoying them. They sigh and roll their eyes. It's very unprofessional. I've worked in the food industry for 10 years and I know it is hard and I know that people can be nasty. But as your place of work, you need to make sure you are still providing at the very least, moderate customer service. And any problems that you may be dealing with on a personal level needs to stay at home. I didn't want to write a review right away thinking the first couple times might have been just because some of the employees were stressed out but it's now every visit. I am giving this review 2 stars because the food is always great and we never have messed up orders. But the horrible customer service takes the cake. It just makes the whole experience bad. I'm sorry to whoever gets backlash from this who did nothing wrong. But to the rest of you, you know who you are and I hope this is a good learning experience for you. Also, this review is meant to be helpful and not derogatory in any way! This world is becoming such a mean and dark place and I think we can all do our part to just be nice to each other. Even at Taco Bell.

This is no joke. Leave and do not order your food here it's a trap and they take 30+ minutes with…read moreor without a line.

Kibbeh Nayeh! Saw this on their Meta ad last week Thursday…read more I was under the weather, so marked my calendar. Today was the day! A very nice clean restaurant. Bar type seating available, they do not sell liquor. Tables clean and evenly spaced. Pretty much EVERYTHING is homemade with #TheMom's famous recipes! The kibbeh, was amazing. It's def an acquired taste; I got turned on to it by my Lebanese grade school buddies; this was phenomenal. Huge serving; I have plenty for tomorrow and Saturday. I typically don't care for the pickled turnips, but after tasting these, my mind was changed. Not sure what it was, but they were way better than what I've had in the past, (from Nashville to Chicago, bar none). The garlic dip was pungent and tasty-a perfect cold weather food. The pita was very light and thin. (I honestly don't do gluten, so that was a huge perk for me.) I asked about Med/Turkish coffee; they do not have it BUT, the Lebanese tea, Shanna suggested was deelish! Brewed individually. It went especially well with the baklava that I couldn't leave without trying. If you want the real deal- this is it. If you want nice people, they have that as well. Andy, one of the proprieters, agreed Shanna is THE best server, hooman, resource AND her printing is unbelievable (Mother Theresa, check the manuscript on chalkboard when you walk in)! I'll be back. (Oh, and pop into #Boomerang's next door. Walk off a couple pounds and find something fancy.)

We were taking our granddaughter from out of state so we could all experience it for the first time together as she had this on her "must try" list. We got 2 box combo's. Chicken was super moist, fries on point and 2 of us liked the sauce. My fiancé does not do pepper well, so she had to eat the strips plain. They do not have seasoning on them at all, so she was a tad bummed. Really wish they would offer ranch at the least. Overall it was good for my granddaughter and myself as we enjoyed the sauce. 4 stars for food, but Sanara got the 5th star with her smile and attitude.

A co-worker spoke highly of this chain, so I had been counting the days until its Grand Opening…read more The first weekend, the drive-through line extended into the street, a good sign for the restaurant but not a great sign for getting in and out. Several weeks later, when the crowds died down, I popped in for dinner. The small parking lot was nearly full; I snagged the last spot. Maybe this is more of a to-go place? The menu is very limited. Essentially, there are various combinations of (3, 4, and 6) chicken fingers with fries and sides. There is also a chicken sandwich. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.
