The first thing we asked for at the speaker was "the meats"! Literally asked for a roast beef sandwich at Arby's and we were told we don't have "roast beef"! How!! How does Arby's who prides themselves on having "the meat's" not have "the meat's"!!! This is not the first time I have encountered issues at this location with slow service and a lack of menu items. The employees have always been nice and for that reason I give them two stars. This restaurant should be looked at by upper management and be considered as a prime example of how not to run a fast food restaurant.
