I know that lots of times we customers leave reviews when there's a problem, when the order isn't right or items left out, or who knows what. I've been guilty at other restaurants. Well, a young man by the name of Joshua represented his employer and this brand very, very well this afternoon. I do not want that to go unrecognized. He came to the drive through window as my sandwich was being prepared, gave me information that he imagined could make a difference about how I'd like it prepared. He didn't have to do that! Got a wrap a couple of weeks ago that was so drowned in an onion sauce it was inedible. I had it ready for p/u & the staff was friendly. I just didn't want a soup wrap. Would have returned it if I wasn't already so far away I would have returned it. read more

$16.87 wasted on a B.M.T protein bowl. The spinach had a bitter taste as if it was not washed off properly. This rating doesn't deserve any stars. I specified no black olives and no cucumbers and unfortunately it was in the bowl anyway. Also my co-worker ordered the honey mustard barbecue chicken wrap, she specified not to put red onions and asked for spinach to be added and its suppose to have rotisserie chicken on it not teriyaki chicken which was on the wrap. The wrap was overly drenched like soup and inedible. This is not the first time that orders have been messed up, either management need to re-train employees to follow and read the orders that are placed online or have the employee that is making the orders moved to do something else. Food is to expensive to be paying for and then thrown away because orders are not taken seriously and not made correctly. What if a person was allergic to an ingredient that was specified not to be on that order and they have an allergic reaction, are you all willing to be sued for negligence. read more

We just went in, 8/4/23 about 4:30 pm. Nobody was in there but is. The first girl rushed us, and seemed agitated we were trying to decide what we wanted. Then the lady that rung us up didn't ask if we wanted drinks etc. so we had to tell her. Which, even though it's her job, she seemed to have an issue with. Never politely greeted us, or thanked us. And then all the employee ran off to the back to talk amongst themselves. I hate doing negative reviews but we were both left feeling mistreated. read more

I purchased 3 subs through the Subway app for my kids. Three meatball subs. I submit the order and pay for the three subs. I walk into the restaurant and the children working here asked if I had an online order. When I told them I did, they responded with, "we are out of meatballs". Understanding that supply is an issue to those who want to keep using excuses for good customer service, I said no problem. I'll take a refund then since I received no subs. They said I had to handle that on my own through the app and that they had no way to refund me my money. I used the Subway app. You really can't refund me my money? So now I'm just hoping that Subway EMAILS me back so I can get my $31 back. I became frustrated and Googled the number to CALL subway. Their automated message advised they've done away with phone customer service and they're now exclusively online customer service. This is the most ridiculous process to try and get a refund for food I never received. Subway has permanently lost my business. I will never visit another subway ever again. FYI - I still don't have a refund. Guess my next step is to block the charge from my bank account. Unbelievable. read more

I'm on a road trip and the 2 lady's that were running the store were extremely rude. I walked in and was looking at the menu and she ask me if I was gonna order and I told her I'm going to wait for my dad. She roles her eyes at me! So when my dad gets back and we start to order the lady at the checkout was really rude and she said " is that all" quietly and my dad said what because her didn't hear her and she raised her voice and said "IS THAT ALL" and my dad said sorry and asked for 2 cookies. Then he put his card in and sometimes there's a malfunction and she yelled at him "TAKE UR CARD OUT" and my dad is a very calm person he doesn't get upset so to see him be calm in this situation made me so angry. We ordered online and when we got there, they said they were out of bread and wouldnt have more for an hour and a half. This is not the first time this store has run out of bread. They had our phone number and could have saved of the trip to the store. To top it off, they couldnt cancel our order. They said we had to do it ourselves. This Subway dissapoints everytime. The employee there named Josh is surprisingly rude. First, he kept his mask down while fixing our food, took his gloves off to pick off trash off the floor then proceeded to go and finish bagging our food. When we complained about his actions and said we would file a complaint, he got upset and told us to "go for it". This is beyond rude and unacceptable. His actions and attitude have no place in the customer service business. I can only hope that this is addressed my management and never happens to anyone else. read more

I stopped at this restaurant during a road trip for business. When I walked in, it was as busy as I have ever seen any Subway I've been to. The 3 gentlemen behind the counter thoroughly impressed me! They had a system going which was incredibly fast. The multiple customers in front of me, and myself, got our food in excellent time. Subway should record what they are doing when it's busy for training purposes. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Slow service, huge turnover with staff, unorganized. The last time I was there I ordered a subway club in the drive thru. When I got home I noticed there was something red in the wrapper. When I opened the sandwhich, there was marinara sauce all over it. I was so angry. Went to Subway today and the customer service of this young girl was horrible. She had hair going everywhere. She reached all over my food so her clothes were in it and this is while working on someone else food. Every time I asked for a topping she acted annoyed. She actually threw her head back and said OMG because I switched my bread choice before she started on anything. Her friends came in and she started talking to them in and stopped on my food. We went through the drive thru at subway after placing our order and when we got to the window they told us they could not serve us because they were too busy with others orders and a catering event but we were more than welcome to come inside and place our order AGAIN and wait our turn. This Subway staff needs to learn about customer service. I've gone here twice trying to purchase food through the drive thru window and each time has been a disappointing experience. The first time, I placed my order via the convenient touchscreen. There was one car in front of me but they were waiting at the window for approx 5 mins or longer. I pulled up to get my food and one of the male workers closed the window in my face, turned his back and proceeded to say, "we're closed" and walked off! I tried going again last night and after placing my order, a female worker yelled saying, "we're out of bread". I pulled up to confirm and she said there was an event and there was no more sub bread but they had flatbread. Mind you it was only 8:15 pm and they were closing at 10:00 pm! Each time neither worker apologized or offered any concern. There needs to be skilled and trained mangers at this location. They have this drive thru for convenience but it seems as if it is a waste of time and it's better to go inside to place an order or look for another nearby restaurant or Subway! read more
