ive had a few good experiences here but mostly bad. i had order a sandwich off the app and put that I wanted the bread toasted. then in the special notes I wanted it extra toasted. we got there before the time stated for it to be ready and when we got home it was cold. called up there to ask if they toasted it and they were very rude. read more

absolutely horrible customer service, we called about ten times before getting through - when they answered they were rude and lied to us, they said we had to come in to cancel an order. the only way to cancel the order is to contact the store. the only way is for the manager to void it. we called immediately after placing the order. deserves zero stars. read more

No reviews for subway?? Well, I must share about the conversation I had with Subway employees at the Subway in Walmart in Checotah, OK this morning. Been to a million subways and this was my first eye roll and last visit to this one. I love subway though so these guys wont ruin it for me.. just though this was rather hilarious. Female and male employee: "Morning". Welcome to Subway. Me: Morning! The kiddo would like a grilled cheese sandwich please. Female employee : We don't have grilled cheese sandwiches Me: Oh, you don't have bread, cheese and a toaster? (again, been to a million subways and never had this response before) Female employee : well we will just have to charge you for a veggie sandwich. Me: no big deal, white bread, kids meal please Female employee has trainee put one piece of triangular cheese on the thick bread. Me: Ill take double cheese please Female employee says "1 more" to the trainee Me seeing this thick sandwich and tiny cheese askes for triple. So now I have 4 small slices of triangular American cheese, which I knew would cost a bit more. No big deal. I walk to the counter to pay and the younger, male employee rings it up and charges me 1.50 for the extra cheese. (keep in mind I had zero other items on the sandwich) Me: "I cannot believe you guys are going to charge me 1.50 for the cheese when we have nothing else on it. No subway has ever been so tight with their cheese." I was a tiny bit snarky but not much. More annoyed than anything. Female employee: "well that is what it costs." I am not trying to fight or argue so I just smiled at my 6 year old waiting for his grilled cheese sandwich. Younger male employee: "who gave you extra cheese here?" (what, was he going to fire them?) Me: "no one here, this is my first time to this subway and my last." (BTW, I am not rude, just stating facts just as they are. Younger male employee: Well, next time go to Sonic if you want grilled cheese. Me: gotcha, thanks. Sonic, too buttery but thanks. Come on subway, its not hard to train an employee to be creative in the way they present your products. Making a grilled cheese isn't that hard and while I completely understand the up charge for the extra cheese and was fine paying it, I thought that you should know that your employees are telling customers to go somewhere else. If that's ok with you then whatever, ignore my review but if not, maybe say something. I spend my hard earned money weekly at Subway and while I understand you don't need my money, it is just wrong to allow an employee to tell a customer to go somewhere else. (and this is in a tone of "if you don't like it...") I may have reviewed just a few restaurant throughout my life and this one was not a big deal. It is Saturday so I am chilling in front of my computer and thinking about this ridiculous encounter over cheese. BUT, I am a small business owner and if I have an employee sending customers else where because they cannot get over making a grilled cheese sandwich for a kids meal then I would like to know about it. Placed an order through the app (Ez-order) that you are sent to when you click you are placing a catering order. My catering order was over $100. Order was placed to be picked up at 11:15 am, I get there at 11 am. The employee says the person who handles our catering orders so I can't help you but they just stepped out for a minute. That was fine because I was there early. The employee who had stepped out had texted me with a few questions about the sub part of the order earlier that morning so I had high hopes this was all going to go well and quickly. This employee returns and gives me the sub part of the order and then starts making up some cups with the sauces I had requested. They fill up the sauce cups and then I am like, ok, where is the cookie platter part of my order? The employee is like, "What Cookie platter?" I open my phone show her the order with the cookie platter. She says, my manager did not text me that part of the order only the subs but I can have those cookies for you in about 15 minutes. I was ok with that as the extra 15 minutes would not have made me late to the lunch I was hosting. The cookies took over 30 minutes ! I watched the employee help other customers while I waited and waited. Then when I finally opened the cookies at the event, the cookies were overdone. So I was late to the event I was hosting and the cookies were overdone. :-( I emailed the manager of the store but the only thing they offered were words and some coupons ! Like I will ever spend my money there again. A good manager would have at least offered a refund of the cookies for all my frustration and because the error was on his/her's end for not communicating with his employee the whole order. So don't get a catering order from here unless you like to be frustrated and late. read more
