This is a local restaurant so I have a long history of experiences. The first time I encountered an issue, the employees were told they could put 6 olives per footlong. This annoyed me and I insisted on more. Each time they would add 6 more. I kept telling them to add more and finally one employee spoke in and said they were going to charge me for extra. Um, no you will not. If there are 10 toppings, theoretically, I could have every topping. But if I only want tomato and olives I'd think you'd give me what I wanted. Anyway, in more recent visits I have not noticed them doing this but I can promise they are stingy and gonna cut corners when they can. Its just the way they are. The food, is quite amazing they make it extremely well and it always taste delicious. The service, I've never had an issue with the customer service aside from them applying an coupon incorrectly, the owner of that subway needs to fix the a/c for that location I genuinely feel bad for the workers because they do not have ac. i just went to subway a little bit ago. It was clean I'll give them that but when I walked in the buzzer didn't go off so Therefore they didn't hear me come in. I heard them in the back laughing and then finally someone noticed me. They were very quick and seemed rushing when trying to get me to order. I told the girl doing veggies I wanted chipotle and a very little bit and the sauce was on there so much it was leaking out the side and that's all I could taste. I tried to call back to the store but nobody answered and I called about 4 times... definitely not happy read more

Awful, awful, awful! In the 45 minutes it take me to wait in line, order, and get my food (which is unacceptable when it is "fast food" and there are 4 girls behind the counter), I saw some truly amazing things that I never want to see again (and I don't mean the old man who had his pants around his ankles and the door unlocked on the bathroom - true and awful story). I saw employees arguing with the customer when a young girl of maybe age 5 got confused and told the employee the wrong thing. She lashed out at the young girl's grandmother and sighed when the woman asked her to remake the sandwich. I saw employees arguing with each other while I was waiting in line trying to order. I saw a girl drop shredded cheese onto my sandwich as she was flippantly making another person sandwich (I am lactose intolerant). Overall the sandwich was a mess. I couldn't finish it, it was a pile of veggies and bread covered in too much dressing. NO ONE said "You're welcome" after i said thank you to two different people. I also noted that it was status quo for all employees when customers thanked them. If they responded they said "uh huh". Come on. Subway corporate take note. Place was clean. But the bell didn't ring so if they were in the back they would have never heard me walk in. The girl that did my vegetables and sauces drowned my sandwich in chipotle to the point I couldn't eat it. All I could taste was the chipotle and nothing else. read more

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, as soon as we started to place our order I remembered why I don't care for this place. The service is below par and the food is meh. Subway hostess (Missy) was eating behind the counter and was very rude. No way any of them are sandwich artists! Customer service is a key ingredient missing from the entire team. Called store for curbside because only 2 customers allowed in the store at the time. Would not answer the phones and male employee was just standing at the register not waiting on anyone. After repeated attempts of calling, the workers unplugged the phones. Our subs were sitting there getting cold because they were too lazy to walk out and do the service that the sign said they would provide. On top of all that, the workers were rude when we got the opportunity to go in and get our subs. This is the last straw for me at this subway location. Workers are rude. Terrible service. read more

I usually order a Veggie Delight. The preparers appear to have never actually made a sandwich before. I am a vegan so I order the V Delight without cheese. The preparers can't appear to understand that I need a substantial sandwich to make a meal. For example, I always say "lots of veggies, all the fixings". Several times I have watched as they skimpily line the bread with extremely thinly sliced green peppers (likely 1/10 of an ounce), as if they delicately avoid overloading a veggie sandwich. I will be taking my own "fixings" when I order a sandwich, knowing that they are a fail. read more

Ordered a B M T sub foot long got home , took bite no ham on my sub called to tell them . All they had to say was bring it back for refund. Thats the only way to get ham or refund.I am 30 min one way from them. read more

Can't beat this location! The owner of this store owns a total of 5, and this location tops them all! Great friendly quick service and fresh products every time we stop in. They also have great in-store promotions that cant be beat. Our favorite is the Sunday Special - 3 footlongs for $15! Highly recommend! read more
