There were two managers and one regular crew member working at the counter, despite there being no line. The older male manager was extremely helpful and friendly, giving many suggestions from the dollar menu, as well as the regular menu. I ended up getting a McChicken (aka Junior Chicken for my fellow Canadians) with tartar sauce instead of McChicken sauce, and a Grilled Onion Cheddar burger. Both were made correctly, though I'd definitely recommend onion lovers to add extra fresh onions to the Grilled Onion Cheddar because the grilling leaves the onions tasting a bit muted. I also got a $1 sweet tea, my favourite thing about American McDonald's! The soft drinks are self-serve, located beside the napkins, ketchup and straws. Sweet tea (and unsweetened tea) refills are available from the counter. When I got my refill of sweet tea, the second manager on shift (mid 20s female) was very polite. This McDonald's definitely exemplifies "service with a smile". The tables were clean (as expected - there were only a few other customers), as well as the men's restroom. The sink and soap dispenser were both automatic, which is always a plus. Edit: After raising this with Popeye's Corporate offices, I was told I was not entitled to a refund for the improperly filled order. so not only is this location unable to fulfill the order, Popeye's as a whole, is unwilling to stand by their product and service.
