They showed no patience or tolerance, and when we pointed out that they were messing up orders, the manager refused to remake the food, insisting she wouldn't keep correcting their mistakes. The fries were rushed and served cold. While the establishment itself was clean, the lack of a drink machine in the lobby slowed down the staff significantly, especially when handling large groups. With all that space, and being the only rapid food within 30 miles, it is well equipped to handle the Winter ski/board crowds as well as the cyclist crowds in the Summer. And it will get mobbed once the ski crowd gets going. Even though it's a Subway, it has the feeling of a modern restaurant with accouterments I've never seen in a Subway or in any other fast food outlet for that matter. Soft leather tufted chairs offer views of two large flat-screen TVs in a lounge-like setting, and next to a waist-high wall behind the chairs, there is a large table sitting area. Very inviting.
