The lack of organization was frustrating, but what made it worse was the staff's attitude--I was treated as if I had done something wrong for asking. She proceeded to lie and stated that I didn't. Once I jogged her memory of the phone conversation, she then proceeded to say well we ran out of your sides for the order. I asked how could that be possible when I placed the order everything was available. She proceeded to say well we don't hold plates for people. I told her that's the point of placing an order. She continued to lie about the situation as people came in to pick up plates that they ordered via phone. As I called her out for her mix up, I was met with more aggression and hostility. I left without trying the food, but the service is definitely reason enough for me not to ever go there again. Also I made a Facebook review critiquing the service of the business and the owner's daughter and her uncle both came under my post antagonized me, made derogatory comments towards me. She even shared the post to her page and made even more rude comments.
