The young girl at the check out was rude, unfriendly and made faces as she looked me up and down during our transaction. I honestly felt like an outsider not welcome at all within the 4 walls of this establishment. I will say it was clean and very organized inside making for a pleasant atmosphere. Other than that I really have nothing nice to say. I can understand the higher prices and the quality not being up to my standards , but the customer service was the worst I've seen in a long while. So much for Southern hospitality. I will not be wasting my time here again. If anything at all is taken from this review, I hope they improve their customer service and train their staff to be kinder and more respectful.

Great food, fun atmosphere, lots of food for the price, spotless clean, and a comfortable atmosphere. It obviously is the local favorite for a lot of people. On a cold December day, it was very busy and most of them seemed to know each other. The food prep area is in full sight and the owner was making the orders and interacting with the customers. I very definitely will be back the next time I am in Berryville and highly recommend this place to anyone.
