Hours listed are 10-7 M-F and 11-7 Sat/Sun. Went there at 5 PM and lights were on but door was locked. Employee saw me and quickly looked away. I have been there only twice and the employees were friendly but the restaurant was very dingy and dirty and the restroom has been out of order. I will go to the Subway in Almont if I ever decide to do Subway again. Based on other reviews, it seems the owner doesnt care about this business and for thiis reason I will not be returning to that location. This is literally the worst Subway I've ever been to. They have the worst customer service. They look mad when you walk in. Unfortunately it's close to home. I went there today, they had 2 workers making a large order from the people in front of me. One of the workers (possibly manager) hurries to ask me what I want all the while she is still working on the others. So I quickly mention one of my items knowing she's busy, NBD. Once they clear out the gentleman working for her comes to me and asks if there's anything else so I proceed to give him my other items, he then says you should have mentioned these earlier to save us time! Awful customer service, I had no opportunity to do so since they were busy with the ppl in front of me. Learn how to talk to the people paying you! My husband and I went into this Subway with a mailer coupon and both ordered All-American subs. After our sandwiches were made and the employee started to ring us up I mentioned that we had a coupon and showed her the coupon. The employee then informs us they only allow that coupon on build your own subs. The coupon didn't state that and the employee said it was her stores rule. My husband and I were pissed because we have used that coupon there before with no problems. We almost walked out without our food but we won't go back to that store again. read more

It's hard to give any stars after the service I just received. When I walked in, there was an elderly lady in front of me. She had placed her order and the one employee working was clearly not enthused to be there. I get it. Short staffed. However, customer service isn't always about how quickly you can get your order, it is about the experience. The poor lady in front of me had ordered a toasted sub. When it came out of the toaster oven it was a little too toasted for her. When she expressed her concerns the employee stated it was not that dark. The woman explained it was darker than she wanted. The employee was annoyed and agreed to make a new one. Then told her, "your sandwich will be cold because it's not baked long enough." It was very clear by the way she treated this senior citizen that she was annoyed and couldn't wait to get her out the door. Now it was my turn. I told the employee I had 4 subs I needed. She said to me, "your killing me, I'm never going to get anything done." By this time more people had come in to wait in line. So I'm sure the agony of having this many more subs to make was setting in. I'm in customer service. I understand when you are in the weeds and overwhelmed. However, please do the world justice and get out of this industry. You do not give a shit about pleasing customers or the quality of work you do. Please, subway, hire more people and get more than one employee to work per shift. Maybe it will help with customer service. This employee needs to go! read more

I wish I could give no stars. Just went to this subway tonight for the first time and the lady making our sandwich was EXTREMELY rude. She was saying things under her breath and rolling her eyes. Then when I tried to call and make a complaint the phone call won't go through. Coincidence? I think not. I will not be going to this location anymore. read more

This subway is unbelievable, not the food, the service is the worst I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant anywhere. We arrived 35 minutes prior to closing, we waited in a long line since there was only one employee in the establishment. We waited 23 minutes and finally were next in line to order when the employee stated she just could not take our order after 9. Literally no apologies that we just waited in line for over 20 minutes! Just looked at us and said " I can't, I just can't after 9" in an extremely hasty tone. My 12 year old nieces couldn't believe that is how she treated us, we don't treat people that way. Service was among the worst. No high hello, did not ask what toppings if I wanted toasted what kind of cheese or bread. The dude didn't say more than 3 words in the 15 mins he took to make 2 sandwiches and a salad. By the way the salad was less than 50% full and a complete joke. 2 people were working but 1 employee didn't feel the need to help the 2 people in line behind me. So they waited for 15 to even start their order. The guy helping me enters my total tells me to swipe and walks away. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt didn't say thank good bye, nothing. 3 bad experiences in a row there. I won't be going back. Ps I just open my daughters bag of apples, mold all over the apples.
