We got there with the weirdest request. We just had two subways done at a different subway and it was unacceptable in quality. The veggies were rotten and old. We walked in and told our story to Emma who was taking our order. She was very polite, apologetic for a mistake neither her nor the Jackson subway had anything to do with. She was outstanding in her help and we are very pleased with the fresh sandwiches we received at this subway! We will be back. I Ordered food off the app, I showed up and came through the drive thru and sat for about 10 minutes, ended up pulling around and going inside and waited another 20 just to get 2 sandwiches that I preordered. I walked in and told the girl at the counter I had an order on the app, told her the name, and she asked what was on it, I told her a foot long, a Dr Pepper, and a bag of chips. she said that all they had was two footlongs, and that sometimes it takes a while even though it said it would be ready at 12 and it was 12:15. Once I went out and got my phone to show her the receipt she somehow magically had the order ready without me showing it to her when I came back in. i didn't get given the bag of chips and when I told a different person working since she had already walked away, she came back and asked for the receipt so she could double check. We had an absolutely terrible experience. We waited 40 minutes to get 4 sandwhiches. When we got our 4 sandwiches we ended up paying $84, which is outrageous for 4 simple subs. We ordered a BLT, chicken bacon ranch, monster, and a turkey and cheese sub. We got the monster and turkey and cheese sub how we ordered it. We received the chicken bacon ranch with only bacon and barely any chicken. We received the BLT with only bacon and bread. Not to mention they made the sandwiches wrong, we got an extra sandwich that we did not order and got charged for it. Along with the wrong sandwich order, we got a sandwich with the wrong bread, we ordered all sandwiches with Italian herb and cheese bread. After we got done ordering our sandwiches the machine told us our total was $74, we pulled up to the window and they then said our total was $84. They proceeded to tell us that the kiosk we ordered from didn't give tax. Even if it didn't give tax we should not have had $10 as tax. If i could give this negative stars i would. read more
