Horrible customer service by management. I had, still have, an issue with an order, was told to file a report on line through their AI, which i did almost 2 months ago now, several times. Was told by the online social team (as they are the only ones to ever respond) that my issue had been reported to the store. It's been a month now since corp confirmed the store has my report and contact info and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I've been dealing with this issue for 2 months now and other than the online social team who doesn't deal with complaints no human being has spoken or tried to contact me back. They obviously don't care about their customers with horrible service like this. read more

We went in around 1:30. There were 3 girls working. They were slammed with online order and had a big line. The line happened very quickly as it does in food. One of the girls was still training. They absolutely killed it! They had such a great system and attitudes. Very impressive lady's!! read more

This may be the best location I've ever been to. But I also love the one with a drive thru in Longview! I've been coming to this location for years because it's so close to my house, I love Subway so much that I'll get gift cards to it every year as presents, and I always love the workers! It doesn't matter if you like Subway, because you like the smell when you walk in! This place has it in abundance! I'm really not sure what else to say that's different from just any old Subway review. I've never had bad service, even if there's a line they'll probably get people through fast enough, and they have tons of cool little things that I'm not sure if they're specific to this location or not! They give you a little cookie when you decide to sit and eat there, and the flavor of the cookie seems to change. They also let you bring your drink cup back in and refill it for free. At least, the last time I had this lady that's been working there for years! (I've been coming here for AT LEAST five years, and she seemed like she'd been here a while even then!) Not that you would want to refill your plastic cup, but it's nice to know! It's also right off the freeway, so it probably gets tons of action for that, and it's worth it! Now, finally, I believe that most Subway's are open 24 hours, but at least this one for sure was. But I just went last night Thursday, September 6, 2018, and it looked like the hours they had posted on their door were not 24 hours anymore? Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm just worried that's not the case anymore, which would be sad because there's not a ton of 24 hour places in town. read more

Employees are too busy taking orders online multiple customers standing inline not being served

Ordered online with the app.got the there 20 minutes later and it hey we're just starting the order,and they were not very busy.behind the counter where they make the sandwiches utensils we're lying on the floor along with sandwich wrappers and scraps of food.This place is filthy inside.The attendants were Rude to me when I asked for napkins.When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich the bread was burnt and smashed up.Not what I am accustomed to from subway.Will definitely go to the Lexington subway from here on out.They are always clean inside and friendly. read more

Such a nice experience. I haven't been to a subway in quite awhile. The three employees worked so well together: attentive, friendly, cleaned, worked, business like. They didn't have air conditioning, place was a little warm on a hot day, but fans were going and the employees didn't seem to mind...so therefore we were fine. read more

I went to Subway yesterday to get 3 subs. All three were not correct. my mom's was supposed to have extra sauce and there was one line on the bread that was barely there. My husbands clubhouse sub footlong had 4 slices of turkey, 4 of ham and 2 of bacon. My sub was to have guacamole on it and there was none. I called the store and asked if I could get extra guacamole the next time I came in. the girl on the phone said if I was getting another sub I couldn't get extra but I could come in just for the guacamole. I had her repeat it because I thought I had heard her wrong. But she said the same thing again which made no sense at all. I was emailed a survey and I filled it out and received a response from the franchise owner who sent back a very impersonal form letter not caring about the issue. so I see where they get their training from. With the price of eating out, even for fast food there are multiple other places who want to earn your money and have you as their customer. Keep in mind that I last patronized this establishment back when I was going to Kelso High School, so roughly 20 years ago. This review may be kind of dated, however with that said I liked Subway. They were happy to assist in creating whatever sandwich I dreamed of. During that time I was in a major tuna fish with Mustard and Pickles kick. I remember stopping off at this place on my way home from my classes. This Subway has always had a small hole in the wall vibe, it's not a extremely large space so they make due with what they have. On thing I've come to see about this place is consistently bad service by inconsistent employees. I use to visit this subway all the time but they have gotten progressively worse as these last two years. Friends of mine who use to work here tell me that the employee turnover rate is very high and that is in part due to little training and a bad owner. I typically order an easy sandwich, either a spicy Italian with all the veggies except for jalapenos. How hard is that to mess up? Yes the last three times I find something wrong or a hair or something is not as fresh as it should be... Icky. I think I'm done trying with this place. read more

My parents and I came in for the $2 sandwich promotion and wound up with bonus mini-cookies in our baskets. Nice. had incredible and polite service by a brown haired smiling sandwich maker. would not typically write a review on a chain like subway because I figure everyone knows about them. Therefore why. #1 is because of the advanced level of service I received. #2 is the new sandwich I had, which is creative and great. I think it could be very addictive.
