It's casual, cozy, and just has that small-town charm where you instantly feel comfortable. Our coffee and waters were always filled right on time (which I love). Consistently great. No weak links. And Kim, she's the X-factor. Anticipated needs, kept things moving, made a group event feel effortless. That's not luck. That's competence.
