Honestly, the food may be decent. The prices have gone up, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous and whoever it was that took the order and could not simply compromise for a long-term customer who made a mistake who called two minutes later. I hope that it was worth the money you think you may have saved over a two minute mistake you lost a good customer who spent money with you often, because I would come in and eat too. I hope the owner is reading this and I hope the owner really figures out who the hell thought that was a great Customer Service move. I will continue to post updates to my review if anything positively progresses, but I don't expect it to because they treat us like we're in New Jersey, which is where they're from.
