I feel like I'm being judged by the employees every time I eat here, so it's not a very welcoming environment. It is usually clean though, except for the bathroom which gives me nightmares. I'd sooner waddle all the way to Nichols than pee in that god-foresaken place. I think I've seen patterns drawn in the toilet with poop that summon some sort of evil spirits before. The sandwiches are alright, I just wish they had a better selection of bread. Their vegetable selection can be a hit or miss, sometimes they have everything, sometimes they have maybe 3 containers that are half full of the vegetables that nobody gets. The cookies are... I live in Many,la I don't know why by my review name it show beaumont,tx. Don't place an order online here, bc when you get your subs they won't be made right,I never leave them a tip bc of it,I've got online orders 5 time from there this year and not one has been correct.the first time I placed an order I left a good tip,got our sandwiches home and they weren't made right so I don't leave one anymore and today was know exception got home with the sandwiches(3) and all were missing something or not made right. read more

I don't even want to rate this place 1 star. Every time I go it's horrible. They never have anything, the little young girls giggle and gossip the whole time can't pay attention to the order. Instead of finishing the sandwich they wanna talk to some boy in the drive thru window...don't know why it took 4 workers to take Shawn's order but that's embarrassing... Asked for more cheese and the lil girl threw 3 little shreds from across the cutting board onto it...don't go here. Ever. Service was horrible, had lots of people working there but only one person seems to be doing anything. They were out of a lot of vegetables, And fixings for your sandwich. And The food was way over priced. The place was very clean. That was the only good thing and was why I could give it one star. BUT BEWARE, they add additional cost to your receipt without your knowledge, a tip was added without our knowledge. If I'm going to leave a tip, I want it to be my choice, especially at a fast food joint. read more

I have never had an issue with this location unless I wanted to use a coupon. The owner is a cheapskate. I eat here at least once a week and love the food. The customer service is okay. They are always busy and the employees work very hard. FYI do not get the chopped salad. It's slop in a bowl. read more

I was extremely disappointed in Subway today. It was very unsanitary. No one was wearing masks, and we are under a mask mandate due to an extreme Covid 19 outbreak. I'm a bit biased because I worked her for two years back in '11-'13. But I honestly think Samantha makes this location as wonderful as it is. She's a sweet, fun person and treats her employees like friends which makes the dining experience great because the employees like being there. Only downside is they can't take coupons.
