I never thought I would ever go back to another one of Subway's 40,000+ locations. But even in New Zealand, Subway is hard to ignore.. Although they aren't nearly as common as the every half mile needs a Subway company motto in America. The lack of fast food in this small town, and my lack of energy and desire to cook led me here. I feel like we all eat at a Subway at least once per year. It's just a human nature. You're alive? Well you've had Subway in the last 365 days haha. Might be wrong tho..
The girl working definitely hated her job, but that's a Subway trademark. Never seen a smile at a Subway lol. And I can't blame her. Empty store, terrible music, 2 more hours of work still. I feel you girl.
They were advertising a garlic bread three cheese meatball sub, not gonna lie sounded so good. I didn't even feel bad walking in. No Italian herbs and cheese bread... Off to a bad start. Veggies were bottom of the bin... Yikes. But let me tell you, the flavor of it all was really nice! Surprised for sure. It was about $11nzd for the footlong.
When I walked out the store with my sandwich this woman turned to her friend and said eehhhww he went to Subway. Ok..... Yeah! I went to Subway. I guess it's a sin in the town I live to eat at Subway. Or maybe she just hates big name business coming to her small town. Either way I'll come back here again! read more
