The employees at this restaurant never ever have a good attitude and are always without fail rude and make it seem like I am inconveniencing them in some way. Second, more often than not, I have to flag down workers in the curbside line, or even fully go back inside because my order was wrong or they didn't give me all the items I paid for. Third, there are times when I have waited for over 30 minutes just to get someone to answer me at the drive thru speaker... WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. I have placed mobile orders many times and had to go inside and cancel the whole order and get a refund because they took so long and I had to be somewhere. Today we stopped by the drive thru at your newly remodeled McDonald's. It was for a free coke with purchase of a cheese fry. After 15 min the older tall female manager came to the window very rude and unprofessional. She lost our business and the 16 dollars we were going to spend for not honoring a coupon for $1 soda!
