This restaurant is always dirty, specially the women's bathroom (can imagine men's). Service has ups and downs. Usually grumpy people with some exceptions. I always pre-order on the app and when I get to the restaurant I add Table Service/Number. They never bring to the table, just scream table number. Last time (12/20/25) there was blood splattered on the wall, seats, and window on table 108. DISGUSTING!! No employee seemed to notice. Informed someone when I was leaving. Makes me wonder the cleaningness of kitchen :-C Haven't been back since. They should have someone always checking to maintain at least best sanitary standards. read more

This is by far the WORST McDonalds in the world. First of all, the service I receive at this restaurant is always terrible. The employees at this restaurant never ever have a good attitude and are always without fail rude and make it seem like I am inconveniencing them in some way. Second, more often than not, I have to flag down workers in the curbside line, or even fully go back inside because my order was wrong or they didn't give me all the items I paid for. Third, there are times when I have waited for over 30 minutes just to get someone to answer me at the drive thru speaker... WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. I have placed mobile orders many times and had to go inside and cancel the whole order and get a refund because they took so long and I had to be somewhere. To conclude, if you want to go sit in a line for 30-45 minutes and be spoken to like you are a two year old, this is the McDonalds for you!! She was extremely unprofessional and made us pulled around multiple times for items she forgot to place in our bags and claimed we needed to pay for them and pay for sauces that we already paid for. We had to show her multiple times we paid for said sauces on our phones with a receipt for her to admit she made a mistakes. slowest drive thru I have ever been in. took 30 minutes to go from order to payment. good food though just takes forever to get it

first of all,, it says it opens at 4 we were waiting for someone to get to us at the drive thru for 15 mins,, we pulled up to the window and it took another 15 minutes for someone to come up to the window. there were people in thers not in uniform like shorts, sweatpants and sweatshirts on there phones laughing. we then got someone to cash us out and they asked if we would like a different kind of egg because they didn't have scrambled we said yes and then as looking at our food we didn't get any eggs and our food was cold. i got there at 4 left at 4:47 for reference.we were the only one in line aswell. unprofessional! read more

Horrible service. We got to the food window we're handed our food and one drink. Before we were asked to pull up we asked for some sweeteners. The employee said, "ok, pull up to the third window" not even acknowledging our request for sweeteners. After we pull up I am very unhappy so, I walk inside leaving the driver in the drive thru. When I go inside I was finally helped by someone who resembled the manager (but didn't look or act like one). He asked me if I was helped I said no and stated that I would like some sweeteners and specified the brand name and color. He said ok swiftly walked away and started bagging food items and talking to other workers. I was extremely angry at this moment that we were ignored TWICE. So, when I get back to the vehicle I tell the driver what happened. The driver went inside and talked to the manager. The manager states he was getting the sweeteners and when he turned around I was gone. Keep in mind I was waiting long enough that I was considering going behind the counter and getting them myself. Not only are the staff rude and ignorant, they lie as well. I will no longer be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone EVER. I find this McD's has the sharpest staff of workers, in this area. They work very efficiently, effectively & treat customers as if they own it. They handle large amounts of Drive-Thru & InHouse "GUESTS" with rapid service, & "with a smile." It's at one of the busiest intersections in town, always busy, & able to handle it.
