Came here to order two sandwiches for me and my wife. Got a 6 inch Veggie Delight with pepper jack cheese, spinach, cucumber, onions and tomatoes and sweet onion sauce for my wife. I got the daily special upgraded to a foot long sandwich with ham, pepper jack cheese, spinach, onions, cucumber, tomatoes and honey mustard. Decided on the two cookies instead of the chips, and got a Dr Pepper soda fountain drink. Took it home and we both enjoyed them very much. The interior of the Subway was clean and the young man who assisted in my order was friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend no one eats at this place. Went there for my lunch break after I've been awake since 4 AM and then it takes them 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. I take the first bite out of my sandwich and there's a hair in it. No one in there wears hairnets or anything good hygiene hell yeah then I called them to complain about it and I'm being told by the lady that made my son that she's literally not gonna do shit because I'm upset and rude. You would be rude too if you found a hair in your lunch and you haven't eaten all day and now you get to go back to work without food thanks. October 3, 2025 - around 6:30 PM I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. I ordered 4 sandwiches, including a BLT. A BLT is supposed to come with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, but mine came with only bacon and sauce, no lettuce, no tomato, completely wrong. On top of that, I only received 3 sandwiches instead of the 4 I paid for. To make things even worse, they charged me $25 for a single footlong just because I asked for a little extra cheese and onions. That's absolutely ridiculous. The workers were careless, unprofessional, and clearly incompetent when it came to making the order correctly or charging fairly. I paid full price for missing food and sandwiches that weren't even made right. I won't be returning here again, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

When a customer walks into one of your stores, they like to be greeted at the counter. Instead, this customer was met with an unsmiling, rude counter person who wouldn't even give me the time of day. She looked down the entire time and barely spoke loud enough for me to hear her. Twice I had to nicely ask her to repeat herself which clearly made her more short in her temperament. Trying to lighten the atmosphere, which was evident immediately upon entering your store, I leaned over the counter and smiled at her saying "smile, it can't be all that bad". The rebuttle was "I don't have to smile". Then the coworker chimed in saying "She works two jobs". Why is that my problem. Did I cause the worker to be unfriendly and lack in professional courtesty. I maintained a level of kindness, saying please and thank you. Not one time did she respond to me in any courtesy. As I turned around to leave she curtly and quite smart assy said "Have a great day!" Really? Is this how you treat your customers? My company, at my recommendation, has ordered platters upon platters of food from your establishment and almost always, I have been treated with kindness and courtesy. This experience nearly had me walking out without my food as no one deserves that kind of treatment...especially when I tried to kill her with kindness to lighten her day. We WILL NOT be using your services in the future. We may be just one customer who won't make a difference. So we ordered a 6" cold cut combo. The girl gets the bread out and unrolled this like 1" wide strip of meat and put it in the center of half the bread. So it appears they didn't like meat hanging off the side of the bread, so they cut it in thirds lengthwise. Totally ripping people off. Starting with a monotone apathetic "Welcome to Subway" when you enter, he will make your sandwich with the wrong bread, leave the cheese off, and glob so much chicken teriyaki sauce that the sandwich becomes a sodden mess. Very rude to elderly. There was a sweet older gentleman hard of hearing & could barely walk trying to order for himself & his wife. The gentleman asked kindly for the girl making his sandwich to repeat what she said a couple a times, and she had 0 patience and got extremely rude, snippy, and screamed "WHAT SAUCES DO YOU WANT). Poor old man started shivering and just tried to show her the list he had written down of what sandwiches he wanted, and what he wanted. We went here for dinner last night as we lost power and every other place was super packed. When we came in the first girl to help us seemed extremely over worked as she expressed how hungry she was after "slamming" the meat and cheese onto the first sandwich. Thankfully another gal stepped in to help as she was much kinder and seemed to place the toppings more gently on the bread. I know it seems like a silly review but I think these girls may have a lot of pressure and don't get the proper breaks they deserve. As a door dasher that regularly picks up orders from this location you've been warned. They will ignore the tablet, prioritize the entire line over to go orders and ignore dashers. We are picking up for paying customers who deserve their food in a timely fashion. This is the only location I have experienced this issue. So we live around the corner from this place & whenever we go there, there is always a problem! From no veggies, lettuce seems to be what they are always out of; no soup on, that's almost always; a lot if the time they have no selection of chips, they always have the original lays tho; the veggies that they do have are chopped horribly, especially the onions; and lastly the worse part is that the sandwich makers are so darn sloppy. I ordered online today and when i picked up my sandwich there was soooo much huge chunks of onions, too much oil & vinegar that my bread became soggy, the amount of mayo & mustard put was unreal, and the worse part was that it was made so sloppy that it looked just unappealing. Maili , Raquel and Hannah were absolute POWER HOUSES tonight . I walked in on a Wednesday evening 7 people , each with at least two sandwiches in front of me and all three of them tackled the lot of us with care and ease. All very kind , considerate and pleasant to us. Each girl was helpful and did what they could to go a little further. Saying thank you to us and just in general being inviting. Usually when I walk into the subways near by the responses are very automated, all kind but automated. A very "get in and get them out" type of feeling. These girls however were not that way , These 3 were personable and just overall , in what I would find an overwhelming situation, very inviting. You have a good evening crew here. Thank you for my sandwich and thank you for doing the job not many people want to do. The food industry was never a place I got involved in working in but I've witnessed the behind the scenes and I want y'all 3 to know you're appreciated. Cause after long tiring and stressful work days , or struggles with everyday life it's nice to walk into a place just looking for a way to make the day a little easier on your way home & being met with people who are kind and caring to you . The staff here are always nice and fast. No complaints there at all. However we went in today and it was hotter inside than out - and it's was in the high 80s today! We felt terrible for the three people working and every customer was complaining and felt bad for them. We asked one of the workers if the AC was out and she said no, the owner just won't turn into. Every time I come in now there is always an issue either with the system updating which takes no less than 20 minutes and for some reason the toaster is always down...
