this is by far the worst tacobell experience I have had. I enter the drive-through and when they ask me what I'm having, I asked for a couple of minutes. Not even ONE minute pass they ask if they can help me find something. i replied nicely, "no I'm just looking" by the second minute another person interrupts and says "ma'am what do you want" and I replied again "I'm just reading" a few seconds pass and I asked if they still had an item and when they said no I KINDLY said "okay thank you I'm good" and without muting their mics they scream "OH MY GOD, AFTER ALL THAT-" and it cuts off. I'm confused?? I was not in the line more than three minutes. THREE. so I pull forward and looked into the window bc i honestly couldn't believe they would rush and treat someone this rudly. they then bust out in laughter and started pointing. I'm no karen, I just got off a 12 hr shift at the hospital all I wanted was a quesadilla lol. keep in mind there was no one parked in front, there was no one in the drive-through with me. I spent 3 minutes in the line and was interrupted 4 times. I tried to call the store 5 times and not a single call patched through. These people should be ashamed to be who they are. they can look at someone point and laugh bc I decided I didn't want any food. Went to grab something to eat when the power went out and we couldn't make anything at home. We ordered 2 of their dipper's but they neglected to give us the cheese dip, let alone any sort of hot sauce, which we asked for. Got home, discovered the error. It's Taco Bell. Never the "best" cuisine or service, but you usually know what you're going to get. This time was far worse. Went through the drive thru a few weeks ago around 10pm or so. Drive thru line wasn't too long, but when we got to the box, they told us their drive thru was broken, so we would have to come around and order inside. Well, apparently it was working for the four cars in front of us, because we then had to wait for each of them to get their food (there were people behind us blocking us in as well). As we waited about two minutes at the box for the line to start moving, the line behind us began stretching halfway into the parking lot. As such, I told them through the box that they might want to come out and let the people behind us know they would have to come inside to order. No response, and about 10 seconds later as the line began to move again, we pulled forward and heard them take the order of the people behind us. Very frustrating. After about 10 minutes of waiting, we got to the window, where the supervisor very abruptly and rudely told us to "come inside to order" again. We asked if we could just order here and either get the food at the window or have it ready when we got inside and the supervisor *laughed* and said "I am NOT taking your order at the window." So we asked why we were the only people who the drive thru wasn't working for and we didn't get a response back at the box, and she interrupted us and yelled "YOU CAN COME INSIDE TO ORDER". Listen...I currently manage a drive thru elsewhere, and have worked in customer service for 10 years, leadership roles for 6. I understand tech issues can be frustrating, and I understand that the customer is not always right. I understand there are rules for how to serve our customers and that serving customers at the window is not conventional, and can be inconvenient. However, the way this was handled was so wrong. It was that person's job to maximize our experience, despite the tech issues, and every step of the way, it felt as though we were almost responsible for the tech issues. I'm also upset that I wrote in to Taco Bell customer service and never even received a response. Disappointment all around. read more

I've been here at least 3x. It's a new location for this area. I believe they opened last year. My orders are usually on point. They have provided great customer service. Although this is not my preferred location. They have done well. I would return again if in town. read more

I am surprised they even managed to get two stars. This is the kind of fast food place that makes it easy for people to say no to increasing the minimum wage. There is so much I competence it should come with a warning label. My partner loves Taco bel so he often suggests that I pick up lunch or dinner for him Here. Given that it is so close you would think it would be the best option- but NOT ONCE have they gotten the order correct. And the last time I called to let them know and was met with a very rude employee who told me it wasn't his problem because he just clocked in and that I needed to come in. (I didn't because I had my wet dog in the car-but then I had no choice) so me and my wet dog had to go in to show them the messed up order- and yet still they were rude dismissive and just flat out could careless about the order. I get it- it's fast food but customer service should matter- it's a point of pride. But I guess that's not something they care about. One messed up order was three items two chicken chipotle wraps and a great big burrito- they gave us three chipotle wraps but charged us correct. This time forgot the side of chips and the tacos- but got the money right- another order they gave a beef when we had ordered chicken! They have had their three strikes. What is worse is that By the time you get the issues with your order resolved the food is cold and stuck to the paper- not the greatest food to begin with so it needs all the help it can get! Save yourself the hassle there's another Taco bel up the street may seem not worth the extra 10-15 min drive but you're gonna lose that time dealing with their incompetence anyways! Kay was working window and oh my goodness what a kind person. She was truly so sweet, there was a dad in front of us and he had a birthday in the car and she wished a happy birthday and made a point to wave to them. Then she continued her incredible service to us when we forgot to order drinks and told us not to worry it's what we're here for! You don't see that in fast food anymore, we were truly impressed. I don't know how far these reviews go but I'm hoping it gets her some recognition at the very least. read more

oh man. I've been to this location a few times and it's usually just fine. It's taco bell...not real mexican food. You know what you're going to get, or at least you know what to expect. cheap eats. One of the few places you can get lunch for less than $8. Shoot, even an extra value meal at McDonald's will cost you $10 nowadays. But this trip was about as bad as I've ever had. First I actually come inside to place my order since there's a monsoon going on outside and I needed to get away from the deluge of precipitation. Not a soul inside eating. Bad sign. nobody manning the cashier but I at least there's 2 self serve kiosk terminals. Wrong. First one is broke and out of order. Well at the least the second one works....girl steps out and starts to change the garbage bags. At least someone's working. Well, I place my order. easy enough. then i wait...and wait. it takes a good 12 minutes to get my order which is extremely long to wait at taco bell and puzzling given there's not a soul inside and no line in the drive through. The girl who handed me my order was not friendly at all. I tried to ask for my drink and she didn't even help me and pointed to the other girl working as I guess she wasn't capable of reaching down and grabbing a plastic cup. Oh well. I was so craving some taco hell but super disappointed when I unwrapped my crunchy taco and it literally disintegrated in my hand. bizarre. at least it tasted fine...get the 2nd taco...same thing. super weird but disconcerting. Wasn't stale but something wasn't right. I was starving so I just ate it anyways. Burrito I had was fine. Crappy experience and subpar quality at this location. Okay! The staff is the real key feature at this Taco Bell location. Tonight, they were packed. I rarely crave a Crunchwrap, but when I gotta have it...I gotta have it. So husband went to save the day! He got hung up for 30 minutes or so waiting for food, but the drive thru was slammed and the Driver's for pickup were plentiful. Lots of people were disgruntled but NOT ONE employee took it to heart. They didn't let it dampen their mood. They got the food out as fast as they could. The best part...I had the BEST Crunchwrap tonight - I can tell it was made fast but it literally was perfect. It also was exactly as specified - no tomatoes. HUGE THANK YOU to this staff for staying nice while being under attack from the salty Sally's. To top it off - there was several coupons in our bag for a free taco!! Absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the staff recently, which topped the Taco Bell Cake of bad stuff... First time eating there, food tasted weird. Chipotle sauce was bad, beef tasted off. I decided to give it another chance because they had just opened. Still tasted weird, albeit better than before. They get their promotional items late (the stacker wasn't there until weeks after it came out), and are always out of something. They charge more than other locations for extras. Where other places charge .50, they charge from .59 - .69. Then comes the othwr night. I came up to the window, and after paying and a few seconds of sitting, I hear someone in the kitchen shouting about, "Who spends $20 at Taco Bell!? They're gonna be fat!" The cashier at the window then laughed with who said it. COMPLETELY unacceptable, totally unprofessional - ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others stay away. Came here at 11pm and there was a long line of 10+ cars. I fully expected to be waiting in line for at least 20 min but this location was very fast. We got our large order within 5 minutes (2 party packs!) and the service was phenomenal. I could tell that the staff here was in the zone. My friend (who was ordering) struggled to pronounce the words in mexican but the lady was able to help him very well. They worked very quickly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend this location. read more

So we have totally boycotted the Taco Bell/KFC on the other side of 176th by Fred Myers because countless times they can't get it right and it's always gross. But tonight we tried this Taco Bell and they rocked it. It was all hot all RIGHT and the service was good. Good job guys !!! Ten cars in the drive thru with no movement for ten min. Went inside. There was another couple in front of me. Nobody manning the front counter. Employee made eye contact with me. Didn't say a word. I imagine somebody thought that looked stylish but for me it's quite an unappetizing site. Makes me question what the kitchen must look like if the outside of the building looks like it's deteriorating like that. Stopped in for a bite. I ordered three Frito burritos off of $1 menu and a drink. My daughter ordered 2 Dorito Loco Tacos. The dining room was filthy with food debris on almost all the tables. When our order was up I mentioned it to server. Nobody ever came out to clean up even tho nobody was there EXCEPT us. When I got our food a burrito was missing. As they cooked another one I ate my first one and found it appeared to be a cheesy rice burrito. I told the manager who said she would correct it but came back shortly and said Frito burrito had rice. I had not remembered that and finally got to a Frito. 2/3 of the way thru it. And it only had maybe 4 or 5 on it. Second one was same thing. My daughter's tacos were greasy and cold. When we left after 15 minutes NOBODY had ever come out to clean up the tables. All of this after the Manager at the start of this debacle asked us to do the Taco Bell survey. And I did thast one too. We will never come back to this Taco Bell.
