When I called the restaurant I asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation. I started with asking for his name to which he declined to give me. When I mentioned where the order went wrong he offered to remake my wrap, and stated the toasters are turned off at 8pm. This information is not disclosed on the website and we were still able to place our order with the toasted option. The manager didn't seem very friendly or concerned too much.
