She went back to correct it and whoever was back there was so mean to her they made her cry. Then she told me there weren't any more nacho fries. She offered just about anything I wanted to try to satisfy my order and I asked for an order of nachos and cheese. My nacho fries were burnt and almost too hard to chew, the Cinnabons tasted like they had been sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and there was a piece of chicken in my cheese sauce. My friend asked for tomatoes to be removed and paid extra for sour cream to be added and got tomatoes but no sour cream. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular store, now I remember why. Whoever actually assembles the food is terrible and rarely gets any substitutions correct. The girl did her best to give me a satisfactory experience, and I had to console her because of how badly they treated her when they were the ones who messed up my order.
