It's a huge improvement over their much larger corporate competitor. The local owners are very responsive to tenant desires, and are constantly trying to improve the office suites. The local owners also own an internet service provider. They provide VOIP phones with good quality and blazing fast internet service throughout the suites. The internet is included in the rent, but there's a very nominal monthly charge for each phone line. If you need office furniture, the owners also have a dealer relationship with a prominent office furniture manufacturer. They'll sell or lease you the office furniture. The offices are within walking distance from The Fountains, a short drive from other amenities, and easily accessible from Highway 80.
