I just looked her right in the eye and did not say anything. She is now charging me $150 to file an extension. I was the one who called her 2 days before the deadline reminding her that we needed to file the extension. Her response was "we already did" then I get an email showing my extension was filed an hour later. The bottom line, don't lie and do not file paperwork for a client without their permission.
