I had lost faith of finding a good accountant until I went to Mark Kightlinger who was amazing. He listened to me and made me feel like he cared. Helped me reorganize my business, lower my taxes and get my books reconciled. He knew a lot about the medical industry taxes which was something I couldn't find anywhere else. I had 1 personal return with 2 states and received a bill for $995 with no detail, postmarked May 20th but dated April 30th and saying that a late charge will be assessed if not received by the end of the month. I called on May 29th and left a message with the receptionist to get a call back about the bill, but never received a call back. I called back again on June 6th and explained my frustration on getting such a bill and the bill was adjusted down to $700. I am not returning back still as this is the highest I've paid for my taxes. The first version of my return was missing a deduction that we discussed and I said that I would be taking (SEP IRA contribution). Once I spoke to them, they did fix it, but that makes me wonder what else was missed on my return.

I called and was told nothing had been received and was sent forms to fill out for standard tax filing services to be billed at the "standard rate." I emailed twice asking what the standard rate was and again they simply did not reply. Now I'm down $275, have no answer for my original call, and they're totally ignoring me. I have to scramble now to get my taxes done and have no answer for my original call. They moved locations in December and cannot be reviewed on Google either. I do not recommend this company.

The…read moreadd stated that someone had a tax debt around 15k and Tax Solutions were able to wipe it away. I called and spoke to a lady, that wasn't very helpful and definitely unpleasant. I asked her if I could set up a consultation, so she asked me what my debt amount was. When I told her, she replied that she could connect me to their website for the owner to answer one question, but they don't handle anything less than 25k. Obviously I have confusion after hearing their add on the radio. Unfortunately this experience wasn't what I had hoped for, so if your tax debt is larger than 25k, they can help you and if not... Not sure where you turn.

First of all I made an initial appointment and awaited a confirmation by email and it never came, so I called back to see if so could move my appointment up and they accommodated my request I than informed them o had not received a confirmation for my appointment and the assured me I would receive one this time which, I winded up calling them the next day when I was supposed to be there an d informed them that I still was awaiting the confirmation email and wouldn't be there because I never got an address of where to go. They of course were very apologetic and insured this would not happen again. When I finally did go down there and met with a representative i waited almost 15 minutes past my appointment time before I said something and was taken back to an office. Upon starting the consultation I was informed his rates were generally $150 per hour , and I informed him that's not what was advertised. He stated he would go ahead and take me but that's usually someone else doing the "free" consultation. This is the conclusion, he stated that basically their company specializes in ppl that have numerous unfiled tax forms and owe a lot of money. He did inform me of how I could resolve my issue and he would help me take the steps to resolve but I could do it myself. So he was honest. I give him credit for that. Just before you go down there make their services are what your looking for. And one other thing parking is VERY LIMITED. I will neither recommend or recommend, just telling you guys and gals about my experience.

This route to saving money was never mentioned by Liberty Tax Service or even H&R Block and it was such a simple switch. Jennifer is easy to get ahold of when I have questions and she takes the time to explain things if you want to understand the inner workings of your taxes.
