The response has always been that they use two outside contractors to manage the mailing lists, and that the various realtors don't manage any lists themselves. Because I do not have a business relationship with Ebby Halliday and continue to receive frequent unsolicited spam, I can only imagine how they treat the information of actual clients. As a result, I would and will not use an Ebby Halliday realtor to either sell my home nor would I purchase one represented by this firm. It's disappointing to imagine the number of trees cut down to send out post cards, letters, brochures, etc. to individuals that repeatedly ask to be left alone.
