I don't have the space to get into all of those issues here. #2 We have been trying to get taxes that they owe us from the time they owned the home in 2018 for about 2 months now. Mostly they just don't respond, but when they do, it is usually some odd excuse that has nothing at all to do with the subject at hand. We have forwarded them the documents showing what they owe (and verifying that they owe it), and still they continue to put us off. #3 The realtor, Phyllis, constantly refers to the renovators as her "client" even though she is married to one of the partner renovators. It seems very deceptive that she doesn't openly disclose the fact that she is a part owner of these homes she lists. Very unprofessional.
