We had a…read more24 gauge penny copper standing seam industrial grade roof with matching gutters done on our primary residence in 2016 by Wyndhill Roofing. Our house looks amazing and we love our roof. We were able to get it replaced back then by our insurance for a couple of thousand more than a malarkey level 4 hail resistant asphalt shingles. We were not sure if our rental property roof had hail damage. several contractors said our roof was extremely damaged by hail and wind. Wyndhill was the only honest company that said good luck getting State Farm to pay for a new roof. We put in a claim after 15 year of no claims and State Farm said we missed the 2 year reporting window and only agreed to pay for the down spouts. We knew we were going to go with Wyndhill but decided to get several bids because we were paying out of pocket. Wyndhill was $4000.00 cheaper than any company in town. There are no words to express our gratitude for Michael Windle, Matt and Corey for all their help in trying to get us some kind of compensation from State Farm. I have been told by several roofing companies that they used to be a good insurance company. Michael Windle personally went out of his way to come meet with a second adjuster Chris Buckley who bragged he worked in roofing with Michael. After wasting Michael's time and ours he actually just submitted the same claim info from the first adjuster who had found damage to our windows and was replacing them. Chris submitted beading and cladding work instead and did not even honor the five windows the other adjuster was replacing because they are wood. Chris Buckley adjuster also said the gutters were fine when the last adjuster was going to have them replaced. Despite all the difficulties with State Farm Insurance we decided to still replace our rental properties roof with the best roof and company in town. Wyndhill Roofing!!! Matt, Corey and Michael Windle the owner communicated with me and my husband to ensure everything that needed to be done in order to meet our June 1st deadline. Integrity? Hardly…read more Long list. Lowlights. Being lied to, repeatedly. Requirements for the work, neighbor's property, start times, dates. Every one of these, fail. Listen carefully.. caveat emptor. When the customer is made to feel that it is their fault, ALL, not just overall, but in specifics, quite stunning. Let me repeat, when a customer is made to feel it is their fault, in details... run. The company has no problem in this behavior. Roof at points leaked from the start. Had them come out under warranty, actually soon after completion, to deal with. Nope. Still leaks. Reached the last straw of frustration. Wanted them no where near the property as enough was enough. Speaking of leaks, had perfectly fine gutters, put in place by a top shelf company. integrity did not reinstall the gutters on day of completion. Result being we had the Colorado monsoons cycling up, and our basement flooded. Twice. Had to call more than once to push them come back and get their work done. More excuses (excuses were constant throughout). That they sub contracted this out and blah blah blah. Another in the long line of blaming anyone but themselves for their work. Anyway, finally reinstalled perfectly fine gutters, and there were several leaks. Never had this before. And another basement flooding. Result being perfectly fine gutters rendered unusable. Much more detail but, why? Will add not my words but of others. When talking with insurance company months after, roof replacement came up. Leading to "we're not supposed to discuss with customers companies... pointed to favorites. But off the record, integrity would not be a company on a recommended list of..." and tapering off for obvious reasons. It was clear integrity would be on the list to avoid. Finally, in the last few days in a discussion with a roofing company for a neighbor, who's good and not good came up. Imparted that we'd had a really poor experience. Fellow said let me guess... and named two companies. integrity being the first one. Their words. Not mine. Am still picking up old roofing, nails.... One of two worst customer experiences of my life.

We contacted Divine Roofing for help with a roof repair. We had the roof redone 6 years ago and where the cooling system was on the roof it leaked. We got the name of another company from a tradesman doing work in our house and a small repair job turned into a complete nightmare. I haven't decided if I will write a review about that just yet, it is almost too crazy. Josh was our contact, he responded quickly - he even followed up when my husband didn't get the pictures to him for review. They gave us a very fair price and were able to come work on the house quickly. Which was phenomenal since the repair was left unfinished. It is hard to take on a client that has not had one but two bad experiences, Josh was patient and thorough. On a small job you might send your newest guy or gal but he didn't. They sent an experienced roofer that was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Turns out we may have more work for them, hail ain't no joke in Colorado! They are definitely my first choice for first-time or repeat work.
